Pros

Will be very useful if your deck contains a number of level 5 or higher monsters. Note that you can set or tribute set a monster the same turn you activate Stray lambs.

Cons

You can only set summon the turn you activate this card

Tips

You can tribute set a level 5 or higher monster by tributing one or two of Lamb Token the same turn your activate Stray Lambs. That means you can tribute set a BEWD easily by using this spell card.
Change the lamb token next turn they are summoned and use Mystic Box to destroy enemy monster card and deal direct damage.

Rulings

You cannot summon/flip summon/special summon even if the effect of this card is negated. On the other hand, You can summon/flip summon/special summon if the activation of this card is negated.

Fires of Doomsday isn't exactly broken. ;p (And DARK is probably one of the better Attributes for that kind of card, too.)

What happens if I summon a monster first then activate this card afterwards? Since its the main phase I assume you can summon a monster before you activate this spell card.

I think the ruling is that you can't activate this card during the turn you summon a monster.

At least that's how Vision Hero Witch Raider's effect is ruled.
Witch Raider has a similar restriction in that her effect cannot be activated if you summon a non-HERO beforehand.

I had DNA Surgery on the field, activated Stray Lambs, they became Dragon type. I had enough dragon monsters on the field and in my hand to activate polymerization and summon 5 Headed Dragon, but the game would only let me set polymer.. Is this an oversite or a bug? Tokens count as monsters so there is no reason for this to not work as far as I know. There is only 1 DNA surgery in the game so I can see the devs just forgetting to test this interaction or something.
