  • Strong ATK stats.
  • Can be Normal Summoned with 1 Tribute if you are using "Phantom Beast" monster or "Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts" as Tribute. Inflicts Life Point Damage to opponent whenever it destroys opponent’s Monsters. When this card is destroyed by opponent’s card effect, inflicts 2000 LP damage to your opponent.

Cons

  • Requires 2 Tributes for a Tribute Summon.
  • Effect of inflicting 2000 LP damage to opponent is situational, depending whether it was destroyed by card effect.

Tips

  • You can equip Black Pendant to this monster to increase its attack and deal more Life Point damage should this monster be removed from the Field by card effect.
  • Although this monster has good effects, it is generally not useful in the current meta that revolves around speed summoning and backrow destruction effects

Or they run an Amazoness Swords Woman into it. Or Spellbook of Fate it. Or Canadia it then beat over it with whatever. Also, nobody is going to blindly attack into a Rock-Lizard you happened to switch to Defence, so it's only going to work in the first place if you run into an Enemy Controller or something.

If the opponent is dumb enough to steal your Rock-Lizard and destroy it with their Yaksha, they deserve to lose. (In case you didn't notice, it has to be destroyed by an opponent's card effect.)

Does Mecha Phantom Beast count towards tributing for this? Because in the related section in the game they give you the Mecha Phantom Beasts

yes they count, for all intents and purposed mecha-phantom beasts are still phantom beasts
