Jesse Lvl 40 uses 1x Rainbow Path which negates your attack. Don't forget to use Anti-Magic Arrow in your decks to successfully defeat him!

Seal, Strategist Fur Hire, Recon, Scout Fur Hire, and other low leveled Fur Hire monsters are able to special summon other Fur Hire monsters without cost.
Their various effects also trigger when another Fur Hire monster is special summoned.
Your stall setup here is to have 2 face-up defense position Wiz, Sage Fur Hire on the field.
Search out Wiz with Beat, Bladesman Fur Hire.
Always negate Jesse's Crystal Release so that he cannot destroy Wiz by battle.
Negate Crystal Conclave so Jesse does not return your monsters to hand.
Put draw cards like Good Goblin Housekeeping to draw into your deck and get your setup quicker.
You must have only 2 Wiz on your field during the final turn. Before your final turn, you can crash extra monsters into Jesse's monsters.
During your final turn, put 2 Wiz in attack position then use Shield and Sword.
During your final attack, negate Rainbow Path with Wiz's effect.

Notes

Paleozoic cards work as trap cards when set in your spell/trap zone, and can be special summoned from your graveyard as monsters chaining themselves to other trap activations.
Marrella mills a Paleozoic monster to the graveyard and Pikaia discards a Paleozoic card to draw 2 cards. Use them to thin your deck and put Paleozoic cards in the graveyard.
Stall the duel with Curse of Anubis, Impenetrable Attack, Defense Draw, Wall of Disruption, and Paleozoic Canadia.
You can special summon Paleozoics to catch Jesse's attacks but make sure you leave at least 2 in your graveyard for your final turn.
Destroy Amethyst Cat with your Paleozoic monster.
Activate Wetlands to give your Paleozoics a big attack boost.
Before your final turn, make sure you set Forced Ceasefire and another trap card that you will only use for your final turn. The other trap card must be activated before or during your main phase.
During your final turn, activate a trap card and special summon a Paleozoic monster with it. Then activate Forced Ceasefire and then special summon another Paleozoic monster.

Use Restart to try and get Sea Stealth attack in your starting hand, because there is no other way to search it.
Discard Warrior of Atlantis to search out A Legendary Ocean.
The Optimal board would be 1 A Legendary Ocean, 1 Sea Stealth Attack, 2 Level 5 WATER monsters.
Do not attack Jesse's monsters, except if he is hitting you with Amethyst Cat.
Leave at least 1 space in your monster zone for Gravekeeper's Vassal for your final turn.
Remember to activate Anti-Magic Arrows during your final battle phase.

Yeah, I also kinda question the one the OP use, actually, since it feels like it is kinda lacking in terms of number of monster.

Ra being the last draw usually don't really matter to me, in fact I usually draw until my deck is empty, anyway, so that I get the "cards on a brink" assessment.

Well nevermind about you saying Aromage is trash, I'll add some more explanation anyway.

Pay attention to your deck when using Jasmine's effect. Jasmine's effect is mandatory, if you don't have enough cards to draw, you lose the duel.

Rosemary can be used to attack any face-down monster to flip it face-up, which makes it susceptible to Rosemary's battle position changing effect.

If a face-up monster on Jesse's field is in defense position, leave it alone, when you gain LP for the last time just before summoning Ra, target it with Rosemary to turn it into attack position so that Ra can inflict damage by ramming it.

Make sure you destroy Rainbow Dragon ASAP.

I usually control only 1 Jasmine, and when I use Jasmine's effect for the first time, I make sure my deck currently has odd number of cards.

Jasmine's effect will make it an even number since you draw 1 card.

If it keeps going, on my last turn, I should have 2 cards left, I draw 1 in Draw Phase, then draw 1 more via Jasmine's effect. Deck empty for the "cards on a brink" assesment.

I'm here to approved that this one actually for budget players that looking for a deck to farm jesse, it's pretty consistent unless Jesse got Pegasus and Crystal Release and you have 3 Aroma Garden in your starting hand lmfao. Also I replaced second fragrance for Fairy Meteor Crush because I usually destroy his monster more when I want a bit more points usually at last turn his field is all set.

Now we have Marjoram so banish his CB monsters from GY as much as possible so Johan won't be able to summon Rainbow Dragon. About Crystal Conclave, he only activates when you declare an attack.

I mistakenly thought the after battle effect of his spell card was a trap so now there is no need for antimagicarrows.Some useful cards are draining shield, wall of disruption which is better than mirror wall as it's effect is permanent . In attack phase use enemy controller or effect of rosemary to easily attack opponent or after summoning Ra activate effect of roselove from graveyard to sommon b

Me too. Im using Aromage+Ra to farm Jesse. He is simple, use muscle enough, we can still win. Use brain little, we'll get 8k points consistently.

Im using spell absorbing life(s) as my main cards beside the aromages related card. It's quite quick if we can get jasmine (or 2, for faster result) and rosemary on our field. Ra's attack still passes 10k points, but in this deck i doubt it'll pass 15k.

you do not need the card, you can put another one that accelerates the deck, you need the "dark crusader", "gravekeeper's vassal" and dark type monsters. Look at my video if you want

Farming for like 4000 points is pretty inefficient, and honestly is probably less consistent than stuff like Cerberus anyway. I guess the fact it's faster might matter if you just plain don't care about how many event items/keys you spend, but eh. I feel like it's worth aiming for the high-point to make the most of them.

He seems to have only 1 Rainbow Path, btw. He used it very early in the duel, but I never see another copy for the rest of the duel.

I was able to WoD his Rainbow Dragon while he has 2 other CB on the monster zones, so the dragon's ATK drops to 1600 ATK, but he used Rainbow Dragon's effect that boosts its ATK, so on my next turn I used Aromage Rosemary's effect to turn it into Defense, easily killing it. Then he decked himself out XD

You can put Anti-Magic Arrows into the deck to prevent him from using Rainbow path Also when farming Jesse I personally don't attack his monsters I just get out one or 2 blue eyes and just wait until I get decked out this way you get decked out faster(esp with shard of greed and locomotive)

Gate Guardian works just fine.. he doesnt even do nothing when he sees the cards except put everything in defense mode. he doesnt even attack even tho he can win game with A.Cat. must be an AI thing when they see such high monster or maybe im just lucky he never has it at the right time. i dunno. but he acts scared when he sees gate guardian

Yea he finally mananged to get his cat a few times. However it was still cool cause i had farmed so manay duelist that i didnt matter. i already have 3382250 mill points and still have leftover energies to keep dueling him. i got all his cards maxed out except for Rainbow life which i have 2 of. not sure if i care for the third one.

He does use the cat at lvl 40 but he'll only set it down face up if you don't have a monster to overpower it and your life points are already below 1000, otherwise he'll put in defense mode, in my experience at least.
