It's not "op 🔥e" it's 1 for 1 removal that gets around a lot of floaters and destruction based effects due to it banishing. Banishing is very powerful but most cards that banish are usually pretty balanced just like this card.

This card isn't good as it is. It's mandatory and not an optional effect if you place this card in atk position.

I think what he meant is there's no option for this effect to activate. Useful for removing high beaters but what if the one who'll attack this will be the one that got lower attack?

It also doesn't deal with the one that's already summoned, there's a good chance your opponent never would've drawn the other 2 copies anyway, and you use up 1 card while your opponent uses up 0 (deck destruction only matters if you actually deplete your opponent's deck).
