What is forbidden/limited card?

Forbidden cards are essentially "banned" cards, while limited simply means that you can only put 1 in a deck, semi-limited is up to two in your deck only. Some cards in the OCG/TCG are either forbidden, or limited, and this is due to their ability to create an unbalanced experience for the game.

Ruling

Unlike in the TCG/OCG where you can have multiple limited cards with different names in your deck, in Duel Links you can only have a total of 1 limited card in your deck. For example you have limited card A and limited card B, and you already put 1 card A in your deck, you cannot add card B to your deck even if they are not cards of the same name.
This rule is also true for semi-limited cards in which you can only have a total of 2 semi-limited cards in your deck.

Ritual Beasts, ThunDras, CyDras (Blue eyes too, maybe?) should be on the tier list now. Number 37+Graydle Dragon Deck too, maybe.

Agree. We have op rare cards and bad ultra rare cards (see axe raider). A funny concept could be to use only one card per "artwork", meaning you can only use a card only once in your deck EXCEPT cards with alternative artworks (e.g. you can run 3 bewd alternative artwork, or polymerisation etc). This could result in some funny decks and crazy random combos. After all, in anime each card is unique.

Problem with the artwork limitation is, some cards depends on either you or your opponent running multiple copies for them to work.

It would be better if each card has their individual value, because not all cards of same rarity are at the same strength. For example you wouldn't compare Axe Raider with Aleister, even though both are UR rarity, start with A, and end with -er.

Yeap, some cards will be unlplayable (e.g. you need multiple peten the dark clown to use its effect). Despite that, I believe is healthier to have just 1 broken card rather than 3. Also, decks will not be so heavy depended on just one-two specific card combos and will have to use many since they will have enough space for many cards.

Komoney would love a bigger banlist to force you buying new cards. First wave, destroy all top tier decks. Second wave, destroy another wave of broken decks which is weaker than the first. Third wave, destroy all potential OTKs, then the game will be a lot more healthier.

They should start to limit Aromage cards. That's the most boring deck right now and everyone can build it. They're not even hard to beat and even when they're losing they try to stall forever.

They don't do that. They only nerf decks that are either too strong or that can pull off a great combo (like Cyber Stein). But they don't nerf a deck just because it is annoying.
