text

When a monster on the field activates its effect: You can make the activating player toss a coin and call it. If they call it right, send this card to the GY. If they call it wrong, negate that effect's activation, and if you do, change control of that monster to their opponent. You can only use this effect of "Head Judging" once per turn.

Pros

  • Negates a monster effect.
  • Takes control of an opponent’s monster.
  • No activation cost.

Cons

  • Relies on a coin toss.
  • Destroys itself when the coin toss is called right.

Tips

  • Practically a 50-50 chance of negating your opponent’s effect and stealing your opponent’s monster or doing nothing.
  • Head Judging makes your opponent toss the coin so skills involving coin toss wouldn’t work.
  • Since your opponent performs the toss, support such as Second Coin Toss will not work.
  • Be careful not to activate this card on your own monster.

Might be rigged in PvP? Works fine in PvE but in PvP my opponent called it right 10/10 when I activated it. Probability of that happening is 1 in 1000.

i love this card cuz its giving me the chance to dream fighting those 🔥 decks that only relies on monster effects that special summon 3 monster per turn

im not toxic ure toxic for playing those cardds :P

If it works great, if it doesn’t you don’t get a penalty because it just gets sent to the graveyard, not a fan of luck based decks because I like to have control over what I play, but if I was then I’d definitely consider putting this in

You don't consider wasting a card a penalty in itself? lol

well its half card so its not a penalty.the upside is much much bigger so u cant really speak of penalty

ahahaha finally on limited 2.you can thank me for self sacrifice and me using it in a stromberg deck so that they will ban it .haha :D

I've been using this in a deck for a little while. So far, I've used it a total of 6 times. Literally every single time my opponent called it right. Has anyone else experienced this, or have I just been getting terrible luck?

Head judging should be like this.if you call it right you can take control one monster your opponent controls too.also after 1 activation the head judging goes to grave.the head judging controller could only activate head judging if controlled a monster.also certain decks which abuse giving certain monsters to opponent to have advantage should be forbid using it.so basicly this card is a ban cos komoney wont do the following things

Agreed this card destroys the purpose of gambling with both sides having to gamble their own monsters for it.

To everyone who questioned why Second Coin Toss does not work with this card, here's the answer:

OCG text of Second Coin Toss clearly says "When YOU perform a coin toss".
The TCG text for Second Coin Toss is wrong.

And DL follows OCG ruling, therefore, Second Coin Toss does not work with Head Judging, because in OCG Second Coin Toss only works if you are the one tossing the coin, not the opponent.

Ok cool thx for the clarification. It's still pretty 🔥ed since the text on the card ingame is not what it actual effect is... Leave it to KuntMoney to 🔥 up so pathetically

the TCG branch 🔥ing things up is not that uncommon, unfortunately.

Just look at all those meaningful/cool card names that they ruined in TCG.

It's weird that this doesn't work with Second Coin Toss since that spell card should work on any coin toss not just your own, but the tips are right - you can't use Second Coin Toss on Head Judging for some reason...

Not sure why you think Second Coin Toss only works on your own coin tosses. It gives no craps who's tossing the coin. (Heck, it even works on cards like The Paths of Destiny that require both to.)

Because it is written in the tip bellow.

I tried it though and it really doesn't work although you are right - it should work on any coin toss not just your own, but it doesn't work with head judging.
