During your opponent's Main Phase or Battle Phase: You can target 1 non-Tuner monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, but it has its effects negated (if any), and if you do, immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 Machine-Type Synchro Monster using only that monster and this card (this is a Quick Effect). These Synchro Materials are banished instead of being sent to the Graveyard. You can only use this effect of "Crystron Citree" once per turn.

Pros

  • One card Synchro plays.
  • Uses its effect during your opponent’s turn.

Cons

  • Revived monster’s effect is negated.
  • The revived monster must immediately be used as Synchro Material.
  • Can only summon Machine-type Synchro monsters with effect.

Tips

  • You can revive any non-Tuner from your graveyard with Crystron Citree’s effect. This is under the condition that you have a monster in your extra deck that can be made with Crystron Citree and selected non-Tuner.

Crystron Non-Tuner

Here are some other Crystron monsters you can use in a Crystron deck with Crystron Citree. Non-Tuner Crystron monsters can easily load your graveyard by destroying their costs, giving Crystron Citree lots of revival options while simultaneously Special Summoning her from your deck.

Crystron Rion

Crystron Rion can be used to recover the banished non-Tuner monster you used with Crystron Citree while also making another Synchro monster.

Machine-Type Synchro Monsters

Here are the Machine-type Synchro monsters you can make with Crystron Citree’s effect. Crystron Ametrix is a good target because she changes the position of all your opponent’s monsters upon summoning, doing this during your opponent’s turn makes it better.

Dear Komoney, time to hit this card.

I think the Crystron strong point is their consistency.

Citree goes to 2 seems to be quite unfair for the deck as Rion & Impact is already at 2.

I wonder if putting Sulfefnir + (Scrap Recycler/Undine) at 3 would do the trick.

Blackwing have 3 limit 2.
Darklord have 2 limit 2 + a limit 1.

Nothing is impossible if they want Crystron to be completely gone from the tier list after this.

Broken card deserved a limit 2. Crystron is finally dead.

Life is good without Broken Citree. But here comes Noble Knight.

Hey guys, does anyone know whether I can use the first effect only (summon from graveyard)? Or do I have to have a suitable synchro monster in extra deck and summon that afterwards?
Thanks for your advice.

You have to have a suitable synchro, the only way you could just use the SS from grave is only in mr4.

This deck is fair now when you can no longer run 3 Navigation + 3 Rods.
Crow is still the best tag duel partner. Rest of them are just too weak.
