You most likely remembered it wrong and it was actually another card, or it was a dream.

Yusei Fudo has three copies of this, in tag duel. Some NPC used this against you.

Not obtainable yet. The AI duelists sometimes get unavailable cards like this one and Bastion with Magic Cylinder.

Magic Cylinder is technically obtainable at 1 copy via the pink jewel that acts like Pegasus' Creator skill.

A better example would be Aster's Clock Tower Prison.

Of course, unless you have Temple of the Kings......but even then, TotK only permits 1 Trap per turn to be activated on the same turn it is Set.

Also having 2 Scarecrow and 1 Temple means you have no zone left for other spell/trap cards.

So the subterror trap card, which does like 4 different things and then is able to reset itself to be used again on the next turn is A-OK? A single battle negation isn't broken when half of the damn meta can either crap out reactor dragons or basically say screw your back-row and negate everything

Subterror's trap card can only be useful in a subterror deck, but this card is VERY VERSATILE.
You can't make a comparison like that.
