With only 3 monsters, negating 1 attack per turn is pretty strong. Think of how many games you've lost to a single Bacon Saver, Canadia or Sphere Kuriboh.

Not really, it's just once per turn. Remember you can't activate Traps on the same turn you Set them.

Looks pretty reliable actually, it's like a never ending negate attack that works just once per turn. Not bad.

You can't. Scrap-Iron Scarecrow is only in Yusei's level 40 deck.

Not multiple, just once per turn. Remember you cannot activate Trap cards on the same turn you Set them.

chill, it's only available for the Yusei npc. all cards that normal players cant get or use are put "under construction"
