Send a Levia-Dragon - Daedalus on the field to the graveyard to special summon Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus from your hand. Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus is a complete upgrade to Levia-Dragon - Daedalus with an even more insane effect.
