Considering that the deck can brick pretty hard, it's not that bad.

If you want, every skill can be considered a cheat.... specially desty draw, that allows you to choose the next card you draw...

They should remove Skills from PVP imo. Or at least competitive PVP, like KC Cup. Or nerf A LOT Mind Scan. I'm ok with Destiny Draw... it's really predictable when you play against Yami Yugi. I'm ok with it... But I'd like to have it !! 6 month in this game and it has never dropped yet !
