Concentrating Current is in most ways a better Wild Nature’s Release in that it can work on any type of monster it does not destroy the targeted monster during the End Phase. The only advantage of Wild Nature’s Release is that your other monsters will still be able to attack giving you more OTK potential.
Union Attack is similar in that it is a huge attack boost and prevents other monsters from attacking. Although Union Attack has more attack boosting potential. The downside of using Union Attack is that you will not be inflicting battle damage so OTK is near impossible.
Deskbots equally gain attack and defense so using Concentrating Current on them essentially doubles their attack. Deskbot 009 in particular already prevents other Deskbots from attacking when he uses his effect so Concentrating Current will have no noticeable consequences.
The attack boost from Concentrating Current will depend on a monster’s defense. On a monster with high defense and low attack like Labyrinth Wall this card can act as a battle trap. Monsters with both high attack and defense like Five-Headed Dragon will become OTK machines.
