"Cyber Dragon" + "Cyber Dragon" + "Cyber Dragon" A Fusion Summon of this card can only be done with the above Fusion Material Monsters. If this card attacks a Defense Position monster, inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent.
"Fusion Summon of this card can only be done with the above Fusion Material Monsters" what does this phrase even mean gamewise? I thoought he couldn't use Fusion Material subtitutes, bum BAM Zane summoned Hex and I lost. So this first phrase is pure bullshit! Is like putting in a trap card: "This card can only be activated the turn after it is set"
Aster also has 3000 atk monster (Destiny end dragoon). But zane is more fitting imo, since both ace card is some kind of dragon (cyber dragon and blue eyes) and has the evolution of 3 headed dragon (cyber end and blue eyes ultimate)
It depends what you consider Seto Kaiba's role in the original series to be. If it's just the main protagonist's main rival, no, that's definitely Chazz. But, like Kaiba, Zane (and a few other characters like Aster) he's a strong duelist that's been both an ally and antagonist of the main character.
Personally, I don't get why people try and label people as cross-series counterparts, but eh.
Well, both Zane and Seto have a younger brother, an ace LIGHT "Dragon" monster, a fusion monster which is made by fusing 3 copies of their ace card and a serious behavior. Not to mention that both get obsessed with winning after being defeated (and humiliated) for the first time (on screen).
My master of oz will still beat this pathetic monster
One of Zanes skills is to summon Proto per each 1000 points of damage you take. You could wait to take 3000 damage, activate the effect, poly to Cyber End and wait for Floodgate Trap Hole to say hello. Or Econ to finish you off since you'll have no monsters to defend once they take Cyber End.
However combine this with a Curse of Skin is and that's game if they can't stop the summon
