So i had mahunder, pahunder and brohunder on the field summoned by their own effect in other words normal summoned. Cant summon light ruler

Let me guess, it's on the same turn you used Thunder Sea Horse to search them?

It's not allowing me to summon when I have 3 monster cards on the field. But when I had a "start game with 3 monsters on the field against Vagabond it allowed the special summon. Anyone having this issue?

Paleozoic Canadia gets banished when it leaves the field as a monster. Tokens don't go to the graveyard either. Only monsters that go to the graveyard will work to summon Light Ruler.

Cyber Style works fine. You can send proto 3 proto cyber dragon to the graveyard to summon this card.

Best way to summon this is obviously Cyber Style. But with a bit resource, Golden Castle of Stromberg + Dynatherium can summon this turn 1 AND attack, because Stromberg SS 2 monsters from deck at once.

"Don't" comes to mind. You can't Summon Light Ruler in the same turn you use D Cubed's effect. Sure, you could use a card like Pulse Mines to stall a turn, but there's likely much better options.

Reporting a glitch. When I used it's upside down effect to protect myself because I knew my opponent would use Sphere Ebola the card's effect didn't activate. It cleary says it can be protected from effects of monsters that target it.

It's not a glitch. SK does not target. That's why it can be changed to DEF.

It can only negate effects if they target this card like Donpa.
