It was limited not banned. The magicians rod is limited not banned and that will probably be changed soon to unlimited, as a boost to DM Decks will probably happen in January for the anniversary

I meant limited my bad for the error in my wording lol. But rod has been banned longer than gagaga sister so why does it deserve to come back?

use Gagaga Academy Emergency Network to Special Summon either Gagaga Magician or Gagaga Girl, then Normal Summon this card, use its effect to search Gagagawind, use Gagagawind to Special Summon the one you didn't Special Summon with Network.

Now you have access to any Xyz from Rank 1 to 10, with 2 or 3 materials.

But first, do we get Gagaga Girl in the new main box?

*oops, I mean any generic material Xyz.

Can't access the ones that specifically needs non-Spellcaster materials or certain attribute.

You have to activate Gagagawind on the next turn though, since Network prevent you from doing any summon except Xyz Summon.
