The combo was kinda OP when it gets pulled off, after all.

Now we only need Konami to do more hits on Lava Golem decks.

Lava Golem is not nearly as broken as this combo. We have plenty of cards to play around Lava Golem so there's no reason to limit that deck.

nope, Lava Golem is a semi-nomi.

You can give your opponent a third Lava Golem from your Graveyard after you summoned two to your opponent's field, assuming that Lava Golem from the Graveyard has been summoned properly in the duel.

It can be used with kaiba's beatdown skill to give all your monsters 300 atk

i target junk warrior in my graveyard to summon him to your field giving quillbolt hedgehog making him level 7 and now i normal summon effect veiler; not i tune level effect veiler and level 7 quillbolt hedgehog to synchro summon the level 8 synchro stardust dragon!
