What is forbidden/limited card?

Forbidden cards are essentially "banned" cards, while limited simply means that you can only put 1 in a deck, semi-limited is up to two in your deck only. Some cards in the OCG/TCG are either forbidden, or limited, and this is due to their ability to create an unbalanced experience for the game.

Ruling

Unlike in the TCG/OCG where you can have multiple limited cards with different names in your deck, in Duel Links you can only have a total of 1 limited card in your deck. For example you have limited card A and limited card B, and you already put 1 card A in your deck, you cannot add card B to your deck even if they are not cards of the same name.
This rule is also true for semi-limited cards in which you can only have a total of 2 semi-limited cards in your deck.

DM didn't get hard hitted. It is fine with Rod at 2 since now we have Circle (but players will now need a 3rd copy). What I find it odd, is that Komoney took so long to give many players an easy 3rd copy of Rod and is now taking it away. Now Arkana Rewards makes absolute NO SENSE by giving us 2 Rods. DM deck will probably see the Ritual Version being played, and the Ritual Version isn't weak.

Masked Heroes are implied to be unique to Jaden in the manga, the others are surprised when he brought them out since they never saw them before.

I'm not going to get too excited, though. We know the drill. There will be some ultimate things coming in the new boxes to destroy everything, probably. The only reason this escaped is because hardly anyone has this deck in comparison to the others because of Stratos and adoration still being selection box

I agree with your list except that i would hit bw harder and you forgot shiranui and crystrons on your list. Also if you would free ixchel then darklord would dominate again and i dont think that konami would allow that

Shiranui: level Aug need 1k life, Sunsaga to 2.
DM: Rod to 2.
Crystron: Amatrix to 2, Smiger and Citree to 3.
Cyber Dragon: Overflow to 2 or 3.
Blackwings: Whirlwind and Gale to 3.
Elementsaber/Invoked: Purgatrio to 3.
Lunalight Fox to 2.

IMO, for DM, what should have been done is both Rod and Navigation to 3.

For Invoked, in addition to Purgatrio, either Aleister or Invocation needs to go to 3 as well.

There are a lot f2p tier decks (lunalight, ritial beasts, superheavysamurais, shiranui, cydras). Elemental sabers is not. Requires 3 MAIN box resets to get 3 invoker plus another mainbox to get atleast 1 purgatrio. Not to mention all the necessary premium traps it needs. A f2p gamer must invest a lot of time-gems to build it just by farming. Theoritically is f2p, but completely unpractical.

It still f2p in the end. It doesnt change the fact that you can use the main tactic with only gems. PAYING IS ABSOLUTELY OPTIONAL. Just accept it and move on. Many veteran built it with only gems, and they still f2p in the end. They didnt became p2w just because using element sabers. The only p2w deck in meta is hero since stratos is only available in limited pack.

I see, just another players who blame others for his own arrogance to complete a full set deck, and started calling anyone who complete the set as p2w in the end of the day to make himself feel better.

Anyone could tell difference between free and pay (including you), and not to mention konami gave us dream ticket a while ago. Just move on dude. No one force you to play element saber.
