Rerolling

What is Rerolling?

Rerolling is the action of uninstalling and reinstalling the game to reset your account. This is so that you can "roll" the packs to get the card that you want, and it's doable since the game gives the players free gems right after the tutorial. Some cards are generally considered better than others, which is why in a game of chance, people tend to keep retrying until they get the good cards without having to spend any money.

Saving your account

When rerolling the game, there might be times when you get something good but not quite sure if you want to keep rerolling or not. If this happens, you can save your account by making a Konami ID so you can return to it if you don't get anything better.

Removal of some packs

Packs may get rotated out after a period of time to add in newer packs.

Reroll rating

Lower rating means that you should reroll, higher means that you should keep the card. This rating takes into account the card’s rarity and availability within the game. This rating is subjective with the consideration of the current meta.

Whoever that made this list isn't professional enough, half the cards are outdated and should be replaced with other (more useful) cards. You can contact me for advice if need be.

Axe raider should be removed from the list because the new pack contains Grepher, a better normal monster with higher stat and not just a R not a UR card. You are kidding right, KONAMI?
Zero
So what pack is recommended? the most crucial

If you want to make a Mako deck, Age of Discovery. If you want to make a ritual deck, ultimate rising first, and then neo impact when you're stocked on sonic bird and sphere kuriboh. Look at the card list and see what kind of deck you want to build.
Tomak
This page said that we can get reinforcements from neo-impact, but other page said that it was in ultimate rising. Which one is the right pack?

Lucky?
Out of curiosity, I've opened about 100 packs and have gotten around 5UR and 10SR. Including Kuriboh and a few more on the list. Is this average or above? Haven't spent any money either.
