Tips

Using monsters that can send monster cards from deck to the graveyard like Skreech can get you specific monster cards from your deck to your hand.
Sending some cards to the graveyard can be more beneficial for them like Zeta Reticulant.

You can, but then you'll have to target the same monster to be returned to your hand, making it a pointless move.

You can't activate it without a legal target in the Graveyard. You can target the card you discard, but you still need one in there already.

That's not unusual. For example, of the 10 cards Rex Raptor has voice lines for, his Gate decks uses half of them. (Two-Headed King Rex, Megazowler, Crawling Dragon #2, Uraby and Wasteland.) And he's one of the characters with the FEWEST voice lines.

I like to use this card in my Aromage deck so that I can put Rose Lover into the graveyard. That way it doesn't feel like there is a cost at all to get a monster back.

And before anyone complained: The discard is a Cost, it doesn't work with Dark World.

this card seems decent if ur deck revolves around key monster cards like relinquished. it allows you to pick up said key card if it happens to be in the graveyard and allows you to manipulate graveyeard for special summon (eg. endrise, necrofear, etc)

wouldnt say it like that, both have completly different effects. since reborn wont help with flip-effects or exodia pieces.
