It's worded that way because Neo-Spacian Marine Dolphin and Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss have two names. If you control, say, Marine Dolphin and Flare Scarab, you'd draw 3 cards. If it was simply "Draw 1 card for each "Neo-Spacian" monster you control with a different name.", you'd only draw 2 in that case since Marine Dolphin is only a single monster.

Does that mean that if, say, an fusion monster lists 2 or 3 neo spacian monsters on a single card, you get to draw 2 or 3 cards just for that one monster on the field?
