When Elemental HERO Stratos is Normal or Special Summoned, you can destroy Spell/Trap Cards on the field up to the number of other "HERO" monsters you control or add 1 “HERO” monster from your Deck to your hand. Usually Stratos will be used to fetch other HEROes, but having the option to pop backrow is nice.
With Neos Fusion, you can first put Brave Neos on the field before summoning Stratos. Then upon summoning Stratos destroy an enemy backrow. The removal effect does not target so your opponent won't know which one you'll hit. This makes it difficult for them to chain the card about to be removed.

A great generic revival effect. Super Team Buddy Force Unite can be activated for no cost. And since all of your monsters are Warriors, you'll have access to revive anything you want.
If Super Team Buddy Force Unite! is destroyed by an opponent's card effect, you can Set another one directly from your Deck. Sadly, this is not going to come into play that often since the most common ways of removing back row are banishing (Cosmic Cyclone) and bouncing (Hey, Trunade!).
Elemental HERO Blazeman

You can only use 1 "Elemental HERO Blazeman" effect per turn, and only once that turn.|
Blazeman fetches Polymerization upon summoning, which makes him your Fusion enabler. He can also mill an Elemental HERO and copy its Attribute, making him quite a versatile Fusion material for the Elemental HERO fusions such as Nova Master and Great Tornado.
You can mill Neos and have Blazeman copy its stats. Then revive Neos with Super Team Buddy Force Unite! to have two 2500 ATK beaters on board.
Elemental HERO Solid Soldier

You can only use this effect of “Elemental HERO Solid Soldier” once per turn.|
Solid Soldier is the Deck's Xyz enabler. Special Summoning a HERO monster from the hand is more inline with making Xyz plays than Fusion plays, so most of the time we can entirely ignore Solid Soldier's second effect. But in case you're pairing Solid Soldier with Stratos, you can Normal Summon Solid Soldier then Special Summon Stratos. Perform the Fusion then revive Stratos. This way you get to activate Stratos' effect twice.
Solid Soldier's effect can Special Summon Stratos or Blazeman, then let you activate the Special Summoned monster's effect. And because these monsters are all Level-4s you can proceed to make a Rank-4.
Book of Moon is am extremely versatile tech card. You can use it to put a monster face-down to stop an attack, expose weak DEF stats, and turn off continuous effects.
Also many Decks nowadays run a Synchro or Xyz toolbox. Monsters must be face-up to be used as Synchro or Xyz material, so Book of Moon has another purpose of disrupting combos. As soon as your opponent gets two similarly Leveled monsters or a Tuner on the field, you can respond with Book of Moon to prevent the Extra Deck play.
|Neos Fusion [SR]|
|Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck that lists exactly 2 monsters as material, including “Elemental HERO Neos”, by sending those monsters from your hand, Deck, or field, ignoring its Summoning conditions. For the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters. If a Fusion Monster(s) you control that lists “Elemental HERO Neos” as material would be destroyed by battle or card effect, or shuffled into the Extra Deck by its own effect, you can banish this card from your GY instead.|
Neos Fusion lets you use materials from the Deck, allowing for a consistent and cost efficient Fusion play. The downside is you won't be able to Special Summon after using Neos Fusion, so perform your other Special Summons beforehand.
You can banish Neos Fusion from your Graveyard to prevent Elemental HERO Brave Neos from being destroyed by battle or card effect. This is a decent protection effect against the most common form of removal. Your second copy of Neos Fusion is supposed to be discarded as effect cost and also a second protection for Brave Neos.

Elemental HERO Brave Neos gains 100 ATK for each “Neo-Spacian” and “HERO” monster in your Graveyard. If you have at least 1 Elemental HERO Neos in your Graveyard, Brave Neos will be able to get over a Darklord Ixchel and it will tie with Darklord Nasten.
When Elemental HERO Brave Neos destroys an opponent's monster by battle, it allows you to add 1 Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand that specifically lists the card “Elemental HERO Neos” in its text. Use this to fetch another Neos Fusion that you will discard as effect cost.

Summon by using Stratos, or Blazeman copying Stratos, as Fusion material. Great Tornado has a good ATK stat making him a decent beater but his main feature is his effect upon summoning. Halving the ATK of all enemy monsters effective makes even the strongest monster as weak as a low-leveled monster. After that, your beaters should be able to deal with them.
Nova Master's decent ATK stat means you usually won't have much problem getting a few draws from his effect. Over time, this effect can make up for the cost of making Nova Master plus some more resources. Basically a beater and draw engine in one monster.

You must have 1000 Life Points or less to activate and to resolve this effect.
Powerful OTK enabler, but can only be used when you're low on LP. Because of this it is best made for clutching games. The effect can be used multiple times in one turn to reduce an opponent's monster's ATK to nothing while also boosting Utopia Ray's ATK.
Always summon Utopia Ray by upgrading from Utopia.
Reserve Utopia in your Extra Deck until you plan to make Utopia Ray.
