HEROes are a versatile deck that properly utilizes the extra deck to handle various situations. Depending on what you want to focus on, they can go with fusion, Masked HEROes, or XYZ. With the help of Stratos, the deck can be pretty consistent, but he's also considered a core card in many versions of HEROes.
During this Duel, you can Normal Summon/Set "Elemental HERO Neos" without Tributing.
In addition, the following effect can be used once per turn, when you have Summoned "Elemental HERO Neos." Send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard and add 1 "Super Polymerization" in your Deck or 1 "Polymerization," "Miracle Contact," or "Miracle Fusion" from outside of your Deck to your hand.
Then, send 2 random "Neo-Spacian" monsters from outside of your Deck to the Graveyard and add "Elemental HERO Divine Neos" to your Extra Deck.
This Skill can only be used/applied if you begin the Duel with a Deck that follows the conditions below.
● Your Deck contains at least 10 "HERO" monsters and no "HERO" monsters other than "Elemental HERO" monsters.
● Your Extra Deck contains at least 5 Fusion Monsters and contains no Fusion Monsters other than "Elemental HERO," "Neos," or "Neo-Spacian" monsters.
Each of the following effects can be used once per turn if you begin the Duel with a Deck that contains at least 4 "Elemental HERO" Normal Monsters with different names. When this Skill is used, you can only Special Summon "Neos" monsters, "Elemental HERO Shining Flare Wingman," and "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman."
● Can be used thrice per Duel. Send 1 "Elemental HERO" monster or 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster from your hand to the Graveyard. Then, send 1 "Elemental HERO" Normal Monster or 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. Then, add 1 "Miracle Fusion" to your hand from outside of your Deck.
● Can be used once per Duel on the turn you have Special Summoned "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman." Set 1 "Skyscraper" to your field from outside of your Deck.

When Elemental HERO Stratos is Normal or Special Summoned, you can destroy Spell/Trap Cards on the field up to the number of other "HERO" monsters you control or add 1 “HERO” monster from your Deck to your hand. Usually Stratos will be used to fetch other HEROes, but having the option to pop backrow is nice.
With Neos Fusion, you can first put Brave Neos on the field before summoning Stratos. Then upon summoning Stratos destroy an enemy backrow. The removal effect does not target so your opponent won't know which one you'll hit. This makes it difficult for them to chain the card about to be removed.
Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier

Helps put another monster on the field by reviving another "HERO" monster from your Graveyard. Special summoning Stratos will then let you destroy 1 spell/trap card your opponent controls or Blazeman to search out Polymerization for Fusion Summoning Combo.
While he is used as Fusion Material no matter it is sent to the Graveyard or banished, you can gains extra 2 Cards draw, then discard 1 card. You can use this effect to increase your hand resources and discard 1 "Elemental HERO" monster for graveyard setup after you Fusion Summon monster by using this card with another "Elemental HERO" monster.

Polymerization Searcher when he is Normal Summoned. Blazeman's second effect works good with Liquid Soldier, here is the combo example:
Sending 1 "Elemental HERO" monster like Stratos to the graveyard with Blazeman Effect.
Next turn, normal summon Liquid Soldier then activates his effect to special summon Stratos from your Graveyard.
Use Stratos' effect to search out another "Elemental HERO" monsters or destroy your opponent's backrow regarding the amount of your "HERO" monsters except himself.
Helps prevent OTK and to make rank 4 Xyz. Since the skill doesn't require you to stay at low LP, the LP recover effect won't prevent you from being able to use the skill.

Powerful non-target Fusion Spell which can use any monsters from either field as Fusion Material and your opponent cannot response to this card's activation which is good for removing your opponent Big Boss monsters that cannot be targeted or destroyed in addition to bring out Extra 1 Fusion monsters to your field.
You can put monsters into the graveyard pretty easily through Neos Fusion, which will allow you to use those monsters to summon another strong monster to the field.
With limited space in the extra deck, there are some couple of fusion monsters that you can put in the deck. You can use this card to Fusion Summon The Shining, Nova Master, Escuridao, Sunrise or Great Tornado.

Since the only way to banish Elemental HERO monsters is through Miracle Fusion, this will at least have 3200 ATK when summoned. This is also the only way to recover banished cards, so it's worth keeping in mind in case your monsters get hit with something like Karma Cut.

Summon by using Stratos, or Blazeman copying Stratos, as Fusion material. Great Tornado has a good ATK stat making him a decent beater but his main feature is his effect upon summoning. Halving the ATK of all enemy monsters effective makes even the strongest monster as weak as a low-leveled monster. After that, your beaters should be able to deal with them.
Elemental HERO Sunrise

● When an attack is declared involving another "HERO" monster you control: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy it.
Sunrise will boost up all Monsters you control by 200 ATK for each different Attribute. You can search out 1 "Miracle Fusion" from your Deck and add it to your hand for another Fusion Monsters summoning while it is Special Summoned. His Card Removal effect will allows you to destroy 1 card your opponent control while another "HERO" monsters you control attack or attacked.
Escuridao can be used as a Beater with min. 2600 ATK Stat. You can activates Super Polymerization against Burning Abyss to Fusion Summon this card with 1 "Elemental HERO" monster you control which is very effective for disrupting Burning Abyss' players combo.
General Rank 4 Xyz Monster for players to use so far. Its effect essentially lets you deal 2500 (its own ATK) damage if this attacks the monster you targeted. The advantage is that your opponent's monster's ATK is also lowered, allowing you to attack over it with your other weaker monsters.

A very strong card since it uses monsters in your deck as the cost, protects from destruction, and sets up your grave for further plays.
Keep in mind that it's not a fusion summon, so you won't be able to special summon Brave Neos back to the field from grave if you happen to be using something like Super Team Buddy Force Unite.

Has ATK increasing effect, but it won't be that useful here since there are not many high ATK warrior monsters. You can't use double Neos to get the ATK increase and its attack will reset if it ever gets flipped face-down or temporarily banished.

Usually this card is not easily to be summoned since it will cost three materials but thanks to the Skill and combo with Neos Fusion which can allows you to setup specific Fusion Material and special summoned by Miracle Fusion.
Shining Flare Wingman will gains 300 ATK Boost for each Elemental HERO in your Graveyard. It can also deals additional Damage equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster.

Weaker Version of Shining Flare Wingman. Can be paired with Skyscraper and gains 1000 ATK which can get rid of Big Boss Monster with 3000 ATK or below.
Also, it has the same effect with Shining Flare Wingman which can deals additional Damage equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. This effect can allows you OTK your opponent easily with massive amount of damage.
Its effect is a pretty strong form of removal since it doesn't even target. Works best on extra deck monsters since they can't easily normal summon them.
Grand Mole's effect will not work if you set the monster and it's attacked, but it will work if you use it to attack a set monster without flipping up the set card, preventing flip effects from happening.
This also leads to one of the stronger options for a Neos fusion monster, since it becomes Grand Neos, being able to return your opponent's monster from the field to the hand.
Elemental HERO Grand Neos

Strong form of removal that can be used before the battle phase, but it's a targeted effect compared to Grand Mole. You'll have to choose carefully if you should choose Grand Mole's return effect or Grand Neos' effect.
Tech in Bacon Saver so you have something to mill with Neos Fusion. Bacon Saver itself is a fairly good card, capable of stopping an attack for you.
