Powerful OTK enabler, but can only be used when you're low on LP. Because of this it is best made for clutching games. The effect can be used multiple times in one turn to reduce an opponent's monster's ATK to nothing while also boosting Utopia Ray's ATK.
Always summon Utopia Ray by upgrading from Utopia.

Gets rid of weak ATK enemy monsters particularly Ritual Beast Ulti-Pettlephin while also dealing a significant amount of burn damage.

"Having 8 heroes is crucial to getting a consistent hand. Otherwise, you’ll see hands that are all magic/trap for three turns - which no amount of backrow can truly save.
Adjust your extra deck to fit the meta. My first time getting to Legend 5, there were more Phantom Knights - making me need Abyss Dweller. Now, I see just enough Harpies to add Heraldry."

"With the prevalence of Phantom Knights, Abyss Dweller is a key card in shutting down any graveyard searches.
Other than that, encountering Levianeer decks requires you to disrupt their plays at the right moments depending on how many negate you have. Try to disrupt effects that allow them to further special summon.
Lastly, aim to get Emergency Call off as fast as possible. If your enemy hasn’t finished you off, you are likely to win. Having less than 1000 LP, it puts you within win range with C39: Utopia Ray."

Hero fusions and Maskeds can take anything by battle. Stratos and blazeman can speed up things and be tricky with mask change. Trap destruction is important so go with Typhoon and use Stratos destruction effect everytime you can). Number 70 can help with hard battle matchups and OTK setups. Don't be scared to use mask change with B. Neos if you need it. Both Emergency call and Fusion Time are great skills that can turn the duel around.
