Not if you are using Fusion Gate, though.

Seikou

This card is buggy :( wanted to use for millingdeck. Tried vs LD and SD both:
1. card gets attacked and destroyed.
2 flip card myself.
In both situations I hat a mill worm in my graveyard.
Wasn't able to activate the effect :/
Or did I understand something wrong?

It's for fusion material only. Meaning if you use B Skull dragon, you should get back Red Eyes B Dragon & Summon Skull. It's not for any card in your grave yard.

But I already see... only for lvl 3 "normal" Monsters.

Can't use with Fusion Gate because it banishes the materials.
