It's pretty decent and on the top of that, the card is part of the anime/manga canon.

Does skyscraper work if your monster is attacking a monster with the same amount of attack points?

Nope, doesn´t trigger. Opposing monster must have at least 50/100 (most common situations) more ATK points than your HERO in order to apply Skyscrapper´s effect.

This card is bugged in combination with Metalmorph. Had my Sparkman equipped with Metalmorph while Skyscrapper was in field, attacked FH Dyna, it went only to 3150.
In another instance, I attacked with my monster opponent's Neo Spacian, Skyscapper activated boost, then opponent activated Mirror Wall, and only then I activated my Metalmorph. It didn't give me the attack points it was supposed to. And I am pretty sure it should work the way I planned.

Problem is, that Metalmorph automatically add the bonus to it and therefore it can't get the benefit from Skyscrapper too. That mean any atk increases can't be done if you want to use this field spell(except the ATK after is still less than the opponent's monster one).

With metalmorph once the atk points go above your opponents with metalmorphs effect, it wont activate skyscraper because your cards atk points for that battle is no longer lower than the opponents.

only if you're the one doing the attacking, if it's the opponent's turn and they initiate it won't give you the 1000 points during damage step

They release this card but don't release Amazoness Fighting Spirit because it's "too op".... WTF

Amazoness Fighting Spirit is better for Amazoness compared to this card for E-Hero as Amazoness Fighting Spirit only affect your own monster
