When you take battle damage while you control no monsters: Gain LP equal to the battle damage you took, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Malus Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK ?/DEF ?). Its ATK and DEF are each equal to the amount of LP you gained by this effect.
^ first statement correct, second statement not really, token cannot be flipped face down, so any effect that flip monster face down does not affect token, and cannot target by such card effect (example book of moon)...
How does the CPU activate 2 golden apples on one attack, but I have tried 5 times and I can only activate just the one? I've tapped on both golden apples and it only activates one of them wtf is going on?
To expand on that very vague comment, if you go to Settings (in Duel) -> Under "Activation Confirmation" check "Toggle Button". After that, there will be a button in the bottom left corner of your duel screen at all times, and if you click it and set it to "On" you will be able to activate multiple Golden Apples.
trap jammer is during the battle phase. golden apple is after battle. such a card like mirror wall can activate before the battle phase to stop monsters like mirage dragon from ensuring your mirror wall does not activate during the battle.
You can use Reinforcements on the attacking monster to give your Malus Token a permanent 500 point boost
Holy mother of glitches! I had a golden apples lose all its attack down to 0 for no reason. Anyone ever run into this ?
So first I used a golden apple in response to a Mako deck's Umi-boosted Hammer Shark, therefore 1700+200 = 1900 stats. On a later turn he used Riryoku to halve my attack (for one turn), and I used Etaqua to put his monsters in defense. When the turn ended... instead of returning my attack back to full, it went to 0 ! Bizarre !
I clicked too fast through the end to save the log (which I wish I did), but wowowow weird.
It's not a glitch that atk/def is grant value. So the original atk/def is basically 0. And I believe it'll stay at 0 for the rest of your game too because those atk/def is set once only. You change it and it'll return to real original (0)
