When you take battle damage while you control no monsters: Gain LP equal to the battle damage you took, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Malus Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK ?/DEF ?). Its ATK and DEF are each equal to the amount of LP you gained by this effect.

Only works if you take a direct attack while your LP is higher than the attack and when there are no monsters in your field.

Tips

Pair this with cards like Enchanted Javelin to ensure your survival
Field spell Yami will always make the token have higher attack than the attacking monster due to token monster type

Okay OP, assuming you didn't get your set Golden Apples destroyed first, you now have 3300 ATK vanilla for free, but now what?

Ramming it into SSD will only result in the attack being negated, and who knows if the SSD player will only have SSD on his/her field or not.

Who said you need to put it on attack position bruh. Defense position with high defense always won me a duel thanks to high attack opponent trump card XD

Wow, you won you a duel thanks to this?

This reminds me a kid in a TCG tournament before many years. In a duel he used an anti-raigeki on a raigeki resulting to an unxpected win. He was so happy and proud. I am pretty sure this was the only time anti-raigeki actually helped him. Despite that, this experience was more than enough to convince him that his crappy anti-raigeki is a great card...

No. Tokens aren't normal monsters.

Yep it is a normal monster. So you can use cards like order to charge and survivals end to pop it.

Order to Charge can't Tribute Tokens. Though the fact it says so is proof enough that a Token is a Normal Monster anyway.

It used to be amazing and helped me a lot. But now, you end up risking getting killed way too much for this card to work, or it just gets destroyed before you can use it.

A. You have to take the attack directly, not against a monster.
B. You need enough life points to take the hit in the first place, or else you lose.

For actual power creep against Enchanting Javelin, see Draining Shield.

You can't choose to not Summon a Token if that's what you're asking. If it's not, then I'm VERY confused, since I'm pretty sure the only card we have that could prevent it is Calming Magic, a card I have NEVER seen used in Duel Links.

hoestly, all my gem has only opened mini box, never ones i opened full box. i opened this box for legion jester for my dm deck. i had 3 oflegion jester but only 2 golden apple and warm worm because once i got jester i resetted it immediately. is it worth to open it for the fourth time?

Because his monsters doesn't allow you to activate any cards until the end of damage step. Apple's activation is during damage step.
