Some are saying Light sworn won't work due to deck size. I would argue that with the speed duels go at in duel links might improve their performance. With JD it might be OHKO material. If deck size is a problem you can push it to 25 to help a little. You can maximize deck size to 30 with grandpas cards for deck fodder as well.

What was konami smoking when they added spellbook of judgment and some other spellbook staples? That deck will be 10x than ca if that's the case

Spellbook is already Tier 0 just because of the fact that they are getting Spellbook of Judgement

There is NO WAY we are getting Spellbook of freaking Judgement right now, it is forbidden in both Games, TCG And OCG. Can someone atleast tell me the Source of those Gishki and Spellbook cards in the game?

Wait a moment ... How accurate is this, I mean I know that volcanic and lightworm are going to come out but what about ritual gishki or spell ... it has data mine too?

This is a full box pack, meaning it will contain 100 different cards. Only a portion of those have been datamined. If they are adding Gishki ritual monsters, you can expect for it to have the ritual spell card needed to summon them as well.

1. There's no synchros or xyz yet, so LS won't be that 🔥ous.

2. LS decks would likely be light on backrow cards to mil monsters, so they would be pretty easy to run over (and 4k LP makes the use of JD tricky if you deal any significant damage early, which again would be easier since they wouldn't run as much backrow).

If they are not removed before the box is released then id say gishkis might be very powerful in the meta especially in the wake of the CA nerf and also with the support that they already received in the water DD tower

Only if it's possible to get Salvage to cycle Vision/Shadow. The water tower Gishki support was practically trash. More troubling/meta would be Dark World or Spellbooks (due to Judgement).

It is only natural for Konami to want to make money. How do you think that the employees are paid there? If you were a producer of something you would definitely want to make money.

The Lightsworn description was written by someone who doesn't understand the deck. "Most of these monsters have an effect of discarding cards either from your hand or deck." This is completely wrong. The archetype doesn't focus on discarding cards from hand, and you can't discard cards from the deck; it's called milling. Discarding is a game mechanic exclusive to the hand.

I have 20k gems saved but I have to spend 4k before Dec 31st because they will expire.

16k gems + all extra I can farm until Dec 31st... not bad to spend on this box. I hope it won't be a disappointment
