this + Odion SR drop trap = +1k or 2k

Can you use this on a cloudian that already has like 0 att? Reverse trap could work with this too.

Since most cloudians have low attack doesn't this seem like a free two card destroyer?

Reducing attack is a cost. If you cannot reduce the attack by 1000 or 2000, you cannot use it.
