I feel like this card should work with snipe hunter. but no luck unless I'm doing something wrong

Has to be discarded by an effect. Discarding with Sniper Hunter is discarding for a cost.

Discarding for a cost doesnt activate?! I used Abominable Unchained Soul's effect and it did not ask to activate Beiige's effect nor did it say missed the timing

Dark Worlds won't work if it's for a cost, like with Snipe Hunter or Lightning Vortex. However, they work really well with cards like Trance Archfiend and Fabled Raven, as they discard as an effect instead of a cost.

I've tried chaos hunter which clearly doesn't work. Would no.10 Illumiknight work? Its UR so I'm bit reluctant to use my ticket.

Why no? the card is discarded from your hand, it should work.

They don't work; theyre bugged. Tribute to the doomed and chaos hunter dont make this or the other dark worlds activate their effects. Am I doing something wrong?

It has to be discarded by a card effect;those cards discard as a cost.
