this doesn't work

This card doesn't work... I think there's a bug or text translation issue. It says "If this card is discarded to the Graveyard by a card effect." I've tried this a few times in a Fiend deck and with Rainbow Life. Never works!

Dunno what you are using in Fiend deck, but Rainbow Life discards as a cost

So, why does this card not work with Berlineth the Firestorm Vassal’s effect? The description on the card reads “discard” not send to the graveyard.

I had the same issue with magic jammer, kahkki's effect did not activate in duel links.
