Notes

  • Always declare Machine-type with Array of Revealing Light so that Vellian's monsters cannot attack the turn they are summoned.
  • Since Vellian's monsters cannot attack immediately, Guardian Statue and Medusa Worm will allow you to control the board by removing your opponent's monsters from the field when they are flipped.
  • Remember to always use their effects to flip them back face-down for reuse next turn.
  • Only have 2 Guardian Statue/Medusa Worm on the field at most. Reserve one of your monster zones for Gravekeeper's Vassal.
  • Sometimes Vellian will have more monsters than you can remove with your Guardian Statues and Medusa Worms, in this situation use Acidic Downpour or System Down to remove all Machine-type monsters from the field.
  • Before your final turn, make sure you either normal summon Gravekeeper's Vassal or tribute summon Mystical Beast of Serket while Temple of the Kings is on your field.
  • Send Mystical Beast of Serket and Temple of the Kings to the graveyard to special summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon
  • Remember to use Anti-Magic Arrows during your final battle phase to avoid Vellian's Zero Gravity.

Notes

  • Immediately Summon Gate Guardian by tributing the monsters you get from Elements Unite. Gete Guardian should be in DEF position first unless Crowler will attack you with his monster equipping Ancient Gear Tank.
  • The next thing you need now is to activate at least 1 healing card so that Crowler does not burn you to death with Ancient Gear Tank. Once you regain enough LP, it's better to switch the position of Gate Guardian to ATK.
  • Lastly, you need to equip Gate Guardian with at least 2 Horn of Unicorn so that Crowler cant overpower your monster, both in attack and defense position.
  • After that its now only a matter of getting to zero cards quicker. Use Shard of Greed for extra draw power. The combo of Gravekeeper's Recruiter and Wonder Wand to get 3 cards out of your deck. It is best to search out another Gravekeeper's Recruiter if possible to reuse the combo.
  • Remember to use Anti-Magic Arrows at the start of your final battle phase.

After experimenting few times.. u cn replace Sorcerous Spell Wall with any field spell that increase ur atk or reduce Crowler monster atk.. Use 3SD until u have 2 monster on the field.. but make sure ur LP above 1k if possible.. dont let Crowler have 2 monsters on the field if possible.. always atk his set monster.. try it out guys..

Just seen this deck on Reddit and it is crazy amazing and it can be used without any skills. (It is great for farming skills as well from what I've noticed so far. )Just make sure to add a 21st card "Gift of the Martyr" and the rest should be pretty self explanatory. The guy who posted it on reddit has a more in depth description so check it out if you want... lets stick it to the Konammy's!!!

I've never lost to Crowler Lv40 once with my Beast-Warrior Piercing Deck and farmed up more than enough Ancient Gears. Granted, this Deck was built after I've unlocked Crowler and Ancient Gear Golem:

1x Ancient Gear Golem
1x Sphere Kuriboh
2x Vorse Raider
3x Vampire Koala
3x Enraged Battle Ox
2x Dark Driceratops or Ancient Gear Knight (if you have it)

Spells:

3x Enemy Controller
3x Riryoku

Traps:

3x Mirror Wall (if you activate it BEFORE an Ancient Gear declares an attack or BEFORE Ancient Gear Knight gains his Gemini effect you can stop Crowler's attacks no problem)
2x Metalmorph

Basically, the point of the Deck is to play Enraged Battle Ox and then use his ability in combination with strong Beast and Beast-Warrior monsters to pierce your opponent to death. Strong defensive line-up helps gain early advantage and forces your opponent to play defensively, which is just the game you want because it helps apply pressure

This is my prototype deck for farming vellian.
I just test only two times but i think this deck work well. Need any thing to be improved. Maybe take 3 guadian out and add 3 crsytal seer.

Almost at 4 Million points in the event (I have done some farming) Only got 4 3 of his 🔥ty non-ancient golem card and 1 of his magics. 🔥ing done with this event.

Made an Elements Unite deck to farm, so far it's been pretty successful!

- Summon Gate Guardian in Defense mode so he can't 🔥 it with Ancient Gear Tank to 🔥 you;

- Array of Revealing Light buys you a turn against his Machine monsters (specifically Ancient Gear Golem) to deal with them with Acid Rain or stall further with Curse of Anubis/Windstorm (which you should always use at the BEGINNING of the Battle Phase);

- Jar of Greed for Draw, Soul of the Pure/Supremacy Berries for heals to help against Ancient Gear Tank;

7k in average, not too shabby and pretty budget deck.

You can afford to switch Gate Guardian to Attack mode once you heal, as there are very little chances Crowler will have enough damage to 🔥 it even with AGG. Best of luck with this deck!
