R Jewels are items that you get whenever you convert your cards that are of R rarity on the card trader. These are then used to buy cards at the card trader, or upgrade your card to glossy or prismatic.
You can obtain R cards from buying packs, or card drops when you duel against Standard or Legendary Duelists. Since you need a lot of R jewels to upgrade a card to glossy/prismatic, you might need to farm them if you want to upgrade multiple cards, or save up for future cards.
You can casually farm R cards by dueling Standard Duelists using auto decks that gives a lot of points. This is also good if you want to farm exp without having to play each duel, but dueling against Legendary Duelists at level 10 is much easier to farm and getting 8k points. You can also obtain the SR/UR card drops, even if you duel them at level 10.
Alien deck can be pretty fast for farming since "A" Cell Recombination lets you send an alien monster from your deck, and lets you draw a card from your deck on your next turn. Use it in combination with White Elephant's Gift and Last Gamble to win duels before the 10th turn easily.

A normal monster deck can be the easiest one to make since you simply need to bring multiple 4 star monsters with high attack in the deck. Painful Decision, White Elephant's Gift, and Common Charity are the draw cards. Mystic Plasma Zone can be replaced with attack increasing cards like Back-Up Rider.

Titan Showdown deck can be used to win duels very fast since it doubles your damage dealt. This even works on certain LDs at level 40. Take some damage so that your LP is lower than half of your opponent, then use Wall of Disruption to lower your opponent monster's attack and fuse into Master of Oz for the win.

If you are missing certain cards, you can replace them with some other draw cards that can be used in any deck.
