I used to clap with this in Muka Muka / Magnet Warrior hybrid deck back in the day...

this card suits BEWD deck. Not only BEWD itself but Dragon Spirit of White is treated as normal monster while in the hand then combo with castle of dragon souls to spec.summ. the banished monster

This card is RARE not normal

This card don't work properly.
I have in my hand "Naturia Guardian" and "Arsenal Summoner" and on my field I have "Bubonic Vermin" and set "Common Charity".
Opponent attack my Vermin, then I activate my set card, and then all my cards in hand go to graveyard then I draw two cards. wtf?

And this is not the only card that don't work properly.

You have to discard a normal monster for Common Charity. Naturia Guardian and Arsenal Summoner are both effect monsters. Normal monsters are the ones with the yellow background.

Nearly. You have to take out a normal monster from your hand out the game.
