Can be a dead card if you do not have anything to be discarded.
There are some advantages of using Dark World Dealings over Dark World Lightning, because your opponent can possibly chain their card effects to Dark World Lightning, making you unable to discard any cards. Dark World Dealings also forces your opponent to discard a card from their hand, while giving you a guaranteed chance to discard a card from your hand.
This card is mostly used in Dark World archetypes decks because they can benefit from being discarded from hand to activate their effects.
The beginning of 1 of the Dark World deck combos is to discard Ceruli, Special Summon it to opponent’s field. Ceruli that was Special Summoned this way will force your opponent to discard a card from your hand.
Maybe in tcg or ogc. But in duel links until faster deck comes out dw will top.
3 dealings 3 ceruli 3 snow 2-3 reignthats game you can almost promise a 2 turn win.
Especially if you add drag down. To ensure no sphere kuriboh in hand.
So you start with 2 dealings 1 brow 2 snow.
Use one with brow to draw 2 cards with brow effect use other on snow add third dealings. That’s 4 cards already added to hand from deck and you’ve discard 2 cards.
Now add in anything I drew like dragged down dark smog etc. trance arch. Discard another snow or that ceruli I got then discard rein hitting for 4500 and I got rid of sphere and such.
