Rescue Rabbit is a one card Extra Deck enabler. Normal Summon it and use its effect to Special Summon two Andal from your Deck. The two Andals can then be used to make a Rank-4 or make Essedarii.

The Andals summoned by Rescue Rabbit are also allowed to attack so you can use them for dealing damage.

Vesparius' inherent Special Summoning condition is easy to fulfill, and while on the field it gives all your monsters a decent ATK boost. Get Versparius on the field then on the next turn you can use Rescue Rabbit to Special Summon two Andals, use all of them to make Domitianus.

Your opponent cannot target "Gladiator Beast" monsters you control with card effects, except during the Battle Phase. If a "Gladiator Beast" monster(s) is Special Summoned from your Main Deck (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster from your Deck with a different Type from the monsters you control, in Defense Position. You can only use this effect of "Gladiator Rejection" once per turn.

Gladiator Rejection provides some protection to your Gladiator Beasts. For example, inherent targeting effects of monsters are usually activated during the Main Phase (i.e. Constellar Ptolemy M7, Blue-Eyes Alternative White Dragon); these are the types of effects Gladiator Rejection can protect you from.

The second effect of this card incentivizes you to make use of Gladiator Beasts' in-archetype effect to get a free search. For this Gyazarus is amazing at generating advantage because you get back the fusion materials you used, destroy two enemy cards, and trigger Gladiator Rejection's search.

Gladiator Beasts Respite effectively resets your hand, giving you another chance to draw into the combo pieces you want like Rescue Rabbit. You don't want Andals and multiple Bestiaris in your hand because these are better Special Summoned from the Deck.

When an Effect Monster's effect is activated, if you control a face-up "Gladiator Beast" monster: Negate the activation and destroy it.

Gladiator Beast War Chariot has actually become more powerful as the meta shifted to focusing more on monster effects. You'll almost always have Gladiators on the field, so this card is effectively Divine Wrath without cost. Very effective at stopping enemy combos before they could bring out bigger monsters, and can even stop boss monsters from activating something like a removal effect.

Domitianus is the Deck's main boss monster and the one you want to always keep on the field. There really isn't much reason to return him to the Extra Deck because you'll be losing resources. Domitianus lets you negate an opponent's monster effect every turn. This is usually enough to prevent the summoning the opponent from making their boss monster, or stop the effects of monsters like Desperado Barrel Dragon.

You can Special Summon Gladiator Beast Gyzarus by shuffling Gladiator Beast Bestiari and another “Gladiator Beast” monster into your Deck. The best Gladiator for breaking the enemy's board setup, and you don't really lose any resources since returning Gyazarus to the Deck nets you an equal amount of monsters to how many you used to make him. Arguably the best Gladiator for gaining advantage.

Nerokius requires you to shuffle back into the Deck 3 “Gladiator Beast” monsters, it can't be destroyed by battle and, when it attacks, the opponent cannot activate cards or effect until the end of the Damage Step.

Gladiator Beast Essedarii is a 2500 ATK monster with no effect. You need to shuffle back into your Deck 2 “Gladiator Beast” monsters in order to Special Summon it, and you can use it to prevent yourself from decking out.

The monsters used to Summon “Gladiator Beast” Fusion Monsters do not have to be face-up, so, even if your opponent flips your Bestiari face-down with Canadia, you can still use it for Gyzarus, Essedarii, or Nerokius.

Aside from making Gladiator Beast Fusions, Rescue Rabbit's effect also enables you to make Rank-4 Xyzs.

Malevolent Sin is an anti-Xyz tech. Summon Malevolent Sin and use its effect to temporarily banish an enemy Xyz monster. The Xyz monster will return with no materials attached to it.

Weaknesses

  • Treacherous Trap Hole has a lot of chances to activate since you'll be performing a ton of summoning.

  • Most Main Deck “Gladiator Beast” monsters have low stats and rely primarily on their effects to impact the board, but these effects can easily be negated by a number of cards.

  • Chariot only deals with Monster Effects; you’re still gonna have to deal with cards like Drowning Mirror Force. Especially since Gladiator Rejection stops working during the Battle Phase.

When Gladiator Beast Murmillo is Special Summoned by the effect of another “Gladiator Beast” monster, it destroys a face-up monster on the field. Murmillo used to be the main way Gladiators had to deal with problematic monsters, it’s a great card despite its poor stats, but keep in mind that its effect is mandatory, so, if your opponent has no face-up monsters on the field when you Special Summon it (or no face-up monsters that can be targeted by its effect), you will have to destroy one of your own.

The removal effect can be very powerful depending on the number of Gladiator Beasts you control; and activating this Trap doesn't even cost anything. Rescue Rabbit is a quick way to swarm the field with Gladiators, but make sure to activate this Trap while you still control the two Andals.

Basically normal strategy, had to add a third andal to be able to use my unexpected dai, also three gyzarus is optimal because this deck is power crept... Overall play smart stall them let them use their resource and otk them

The combination of deck and new box make glad beasts pretty strong. So much card destruction and new ur makes up for glad beasts naturally low attack

This is the deck I use. It's definitely inferior, but I like it.

I would consider removing the field Spell and Respite in favour of more stun cards. But I don't have any Fiendish Chains that I'd put in.

You're probably better off adding more defensive cards like impenetrable attack mirror wall or more wod, over the ones that prevent combat so I it triggers glad beast effects

It relies on defensive traps and in a world with cosmic cyclone this deck won't be that great

That first deck doesn't seem plausible. You have two spell cards that special summon a normal card but have no normal monsters. What were you thinking?
