3 "Gladiator Beast" monsters Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control into the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization".) Cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card attacks or is attacked, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked or was attacked: You can shuffle it into the Extra Deck; Special Summon 2 "Gladiator Beast" monsters from your Deck.
Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects when this card attacks or being attacked.
Cannot be destroyed by Battle.
Does not need Polymerization to fusion summon.
Has the option to return to Extra deck and special summon 2 Gladiator
Beast monsters at the End phase.
All 3 monsters in your field must be Gladiator Beasts to summon this card.
Nerokius is one of the most powerful Gladiator Beast you can use, as it literally shuts down any response options your opponent has during its attack, including Sphere Kuriboh’s effect cannot be used. It cannot be destroyed by battle, even if your opponents uses stronger ATK monster, you take damage to your Life Points but Nerokius stays.
This also means Nerokius can never be hit by Wall of Disruption effect. However if you attack with another monster from your field, your opponent can still trigger cards like Wall of Disruption. In this case, simply return Nerokius to your Extra deck and summon it again during your next turn to regain its full Attack power. Always remember Gladiator Beasts unique “returning to deck” effect is a way to play around Wall of Disruption and exhaust your opponent’s protection resources.
Be very careful with your Gladiator Beast monsters because if your opponent uses Floodgate Trap Hole and flips your monsters face-down upon summoning, your monsters will not be able to use their effect and therefore cannot return to your deck. Use Parry as an option to negate this card.
If your Gladiator Beast has been flipped face-down by opponent’s Floodgate Trap Hole, you can use Contact Fusion to Special Summon stronger Gladiator Beasts and return the face-down Gladiator Beast back to your deck.
Have some counter measures ready for Enemy Controller tribute take plays because that is the current meta and efficient way of dealing with stronger opposing monsters. Nerokius can only be taken during your opponent’s Main phase.
Secutor is the fastest way to bring this monster out. When Secutor is brought out by the effect of another Gladiator Beast and your opponent attacks into it, you can special summon 2 Gladiator Beasts from your deck. You just need to Normal summon another Gladiator Beast during your next standby phase, you can Special summon Nerokius using 3 Gladiator Beasts. Secutor must remain on the field after opponent’s attack to activate its effect.
Before you get your strong Gladiator Beasts out, you can use these Gladiator Beasts repeatedly to destroy your opponent’s face-up monsters or spell/traps, weakening them considerably and provide a smoother path for your strong Gladiator Beasts to wipe them out.
This field spell is specifically tailored for Gladiator Beasts, and it increases their ATK and DEF by 100 for every Special summon counters this card has. The counter increases for every Special summon conducted by either players.
Negates activation of Spells and destroy it, but you need to return 1 Gladiator Beast monster from your hand to your deck as cost. This is useful to prevent opponents using Enemy Controller to take control of your Nerokius.
Negates activation of trap card and destroys it, but you need to return 1 Gladiator Beast monster from your hand to your deck as cost. This is useful to prevent Floodgate Trap Hole that can jeopardize your Gladiator Beasts’ effects.
I attacked into this with Exploder Dragon earlier today and he didn't die. I'm pretty sure Exploder's effect activates after damage calculation (wiki says from the graveyard) so I'm not quite sure what I'm missing.
"I'm pretty sure Michizure can't be activated when Mr. Nerokius attacks. The activation time of Muchizure is "when your monster is destroyed" and that's gonna be within the damage step"
This is correct. "Non-Anon" is a fucktard who acts like he knows more than he actually does.
https://youtu.be/XALNJpiqx3k watch this, Nerokius does not care. The clip illustrates how Sasuke fails.
Nerokius is not always better than Heraklinos. For example Heraklinos is better than nerokius if you fight againist a cyber angel deck. Nerokius has a powerful effect than shut down opponent's spell/traps when attacks and cannot be destroyed by battle, but those effects won't save him from dakini's effect for example
pretty sure it just take one or two turn for opponent to summon dakini so it's to late to summon heraklinos
Nerokius is by far the best GB card available./ It should have been UR. Easier to summon than Heraklinos. Can Special Summon 2 GB after attacking (one of the reason why it's better than Heraklinos). Can't be destroyed by battle. And your opponent can't activate Trap / Spell / Effect when it attacks or is attacked.
If you don't have eCon, Tribute to the Doom or something like that to activate during your turn, you can't do nothing against it.
Is it me or does anyone else notice that even in this new box and boxes before, EVERYTHING FALLS TO E-CON, a card that you can run 3 of btw. Not many monsters in this game can say e-con besides(of the top of my head) silent magician. Smh no archtype in this box is going to see any play becuase e-con, floodgate and wall of d will just shut everything down its sad that duel links is more about backrowing than the actual monsters and their stats and abilities
Wow, i check back into this website and you actually wasted more time than me replying lol you named a few monsters in the box that nobody is even playing on the ladder that are immune to e con, lol you are a picky i can tell ya that much, also when i say everything falls to e con i guess i should have made it more clear that i actually meant the MAJORITY of monsters fall to e con you lame
