They have powerful effects(like monster and spell/trap removal) they have protection (YOU choose what monster of yours is gonna be destroyed) they swarm the field and there is powerful support cards they're gonna add in the future ... their low attack can be easily countered with spell/traps like enemy controler

Nothing, wait until they release Grandmaster and the Legendary Six Sams. Don't bother with the ones in these pack its heavily outclassed by GB

They work well when in groups so the more on field the better their effects. Somevdestroy face down some spell or trap and usually if 2 orvmore on field can special summon a big one for free

Considering I want to build a Samurai deck, I want every UR / SR card in this box. There won't be any "Ok, now I can reset because the rest is trash" :'(

GB definitely feels tier 1. I used it during stage 2 KC cup and I got rank 169 overall. I'd say it is not as strong as CA but it is quite consistent and can bring u far if u know what u are doing.

Of course they are Tier 1. And they would have been far better without AG in the current meta, because you can't build a GB deck with Mirror Wall or Wall of Disruption. I have a good win rate with them, except against CA.

GB lose against CA and Ninja which are T1 so its only a solid T2, so is AG and REZ. T2 are still good though. The only ones said GB are trash during its release are bad players whos only in silver-plat rank at best.

OTOH the Six Sams in this pack are indeed garbage, its a miracle if it could even reach T3. They're nowhere in the level of GB

When it first came out, I was new to Yugioh. Had little to no knowledge of the best competitive decks and what not to play. Someone told me to experiment with S.S. Man oh man, did I immediately fall in love or what.........

I've never had so much fun in yugioh TCG then I had with S.S.

As a semi-veteran S.S. player, this pack is missing a lot of support for my boys:

Such as, Grandmaster, (all the synchros), the Synchro monster HIMSELF!, a lot of trap and spell cards, list goes on.....

I love these guys and I can't wait to play with them, but since they're missing so many essential cards, I'd recommend new players to skip this box.

Only open 10 packs MAX to try to get the new dino beater for rex players and newer players since it's an amazing card played with Hydrogeddon.

S.S. is one of my favourite archetypes too, from the artstyle to the powerful effects and their style of playing.I strongly believe that we're gonna see a lot of support cards for this archetype (in the card trader or in future packs)

as for synchro-summon, i personally wouldn't like to see it added to the game , but if it is added , i expect seeing it with the addition of 5D world

Duel Links doesn't work like TCG. You have Skills and 20 cards per deck. + a lot of other archetypes are missing key cards and still work well.

S.S. is crap, even in the TCG. The one who did all the works are Grandmaster and the L.S.S. which aren't in this box

Including this pack of cards, the existing cards in Duel Links is but a mere faction of the total collective cards Konami has created for the Yu-Gi-Oh universe. So as much as we dislike it, Konami does not give a 🔥, as they did not force us to do mandatory purchase on every single new pack.

I've always hated meta slaves. Konami try hard to make the game balanced and more diversity but still you see only few kinds of deck in ranked. With this box, I can build a more competitive hazy flame deck :)

Synchro is a summon that add up levels. For Ex Level 3+Level 4 = Level 7 monster. Card itself is white.

i was playing a friend with this deck recently, fun to play

I have 10,000 gems collected in the hope of finding next Gladiator Beast cards in the next box, instead I find the Six Samurai. Well I will continue to collect gems until other Gladiator Beast cards come out so I can complete my deck.
