This card does not see much use currently as we have better alternatives like Treeborn Frog and Aurora Wing, which has more flexibility in comparison to The Immortal Bushi, simply because they do not have the requirement of “no monster on the field” in order to activate their effects, and having “no monster on the field” will make you quite vulnerable in the current meta.
