Enishi has a powerful effect of destroying monsters at no cost, but it cannot attack during that turn its effect was activated, therefore it is important to protect Enishi with some Spell/Trap cards. Using this effect you can potentially avoid attacking into monsters that has effects of destroying/banishing the monsters that attacked it.
You can also use The Six Samurai - Yaichi in order to destroy your opponent’s set Spell/Trap 1 by 1, this method is no doubt slower but safer option to obtain victory.
These are the Six Samurai that has their own set of effects for different purposes. Amongst those who stand out are Zanji and Yaichi, where Zanji destroys the monster it battles after the Damage Step, and Yaichi destroys your opponent’s 1 set Spell/Trap once per turn. You will need to fill your graveyard with more “Six Samurai” monsters in order to Special Summon Enishi.
These are the recommended cards to fill your Graveyard with “Six Samurai” monsters as soon as possible in order to Special Summon Enishi.
The Grand Jupiter synergizes very well with “Six Samurai” if your orientation is to get Enishi out as soon as possible. It not only able to discard 2 cards, it can also take control of 1 face-up monster from your opponent side of the field, so if you had discarded 2 “Six Samurai” monsters as a cost, you can Special Summon Enishi by banishing those “Six Samurai” monsters from your Graveyard, and at the same time use Grand Jupiter to take control of your opponent’s monster, leaving their field very vulnerable. A Warrior Returning Alive is a good utility to bring back your Warrior-type monsters from the Graveyard back to your hand, and Premature Return to Special Summon your “Six Samurai” monsters that where banished, back to the field.
