Here's my farm lvl30/40 bakura deck. ¡NO UNION ATTACK NEEDED! Super cheap to build and very effective, win rate +90%.

1 Kuriboh (just for safety)
3 Pinch hopper
1 Piranha army
3 BEWD
1 Fusion gate or polymerization (fusion gate is a better option)
2 Riryoku (apply your first Riryoku on one BEWD then fusion this monster with the others BEWD to apply the second Riryoku on the BEUD your piranha should be boosted up to 4500 atk)
1 Stim-pack (or Gravity Axe -Grarl)
1 secret of the pass of the treasures
1 Windstorm of etaqua (just for safety u can replace this with another kuriboh or another trap type card)
1 Straight flush (for clean the spell & trap zone before you attack with you piranha)
1 Malfunction (safety and drop your life points for comeback victory)
1 Goblin out of the frying pan (safety and drop your life points for comeback victory) this card it's hard to replace but maybe Curse of royal can help or the new card Magic Drain this last one is a very good replacement but very expensive..
3 Riryoku field (very important card)

Extra deck
1 Blue eyes ultimate dragon (you apply your second Riryoku in this monster)

Just tried this deck, had to keep discarding cards because of card limit......

This deck scored me 8k assement against lvl 30... 7 glossy cards, Blue white dragon is the prismatic. You have to keep the field clear with blue eyes/ 7weapon. pot of benevolence helps with card to brink assessment and recycling needed cards.
Notes:wing beat blue eyes before fusion summon, try to have a 7weapon on the field the turn before the last;you the fusion won't be alive to help. Pirannah + gift+ fusion is what your aiming for final turn.

A lot of cards in this list can be substituted. Core of the deck is pirannah/gift and beaters. I've tested Sogen as a power up and it works well with '7 weapon'

never get cards exclusively from Yami Bakura in this event except Tour Bus and Man-Eating blablabla -_-

I use this deck to farm Bakura lv30. Win most of the time, unless I got a really bad hand. You need to summon Scorpion asap to increase its ATK.

You can too make Chulaain-Vassal deck. I think that works well.

Thanks for some suggestion guys. I just remember i have Shooting Bow that can be replacement for Secret Pass. I run Awakened-Dino-Vassal Deck but it not so consistent. Mostly force me to win in ordinary way, he use Conductor a lot to summon Blud so i have to use key card like Union Attack or Bow to counter. I still figuring out to sync Hopper and Piranha.

Using cerberus deck i feel like being trolled by Bakura. At start of duel he didn't hit so hard that i can't draw cerb using draw sense skill. Next turn he defeat me T-T. Happen 2 times then being defeated by overpower eye. You seriously need good LP recovery on starting hand to guaranteed win.

Of course what i mean above if using draw sense skill. 3 cerberus +balance skill may guaranteed having cerberus on starting hand which is good, but i only have 1.

Well inconsistency is the major drawback of single Cerberus decks. Not only against Bakura, you will have similar problem against other LDs that can be farmed with Cerberus, especially LV40 Odion.

Use cards that have a Life Point cost. That counts as taking damage, so you can take a single hit and get Cerberus the next turn.

To counter his lvl 30 deck you need at least 2100 atk/Def Monster plus some heal spell to counter his overpowering eye. Then you can start stalling.

so i was trying this deck on lvl 30 baku and well summoned maju by sacrificing blue eyes and dark voltanis so he has 5800 attack and came down to my cu chulainn with ritual weapons summoned skull and maju on the field then used gift of the martyr to sacrifice maju to give cu the boost but wierdly enough i couldnt choose maju only summoned skull......any ideas what went on there still got the 10k dmg off

No card drawers like shard of greed? Harder to get good score.

If using Cerb deck with Big Bang shot, be careful with Spiritualism, as it banishes your Cerb, then GG. Might have to equip it on your final turn.

Vassal + Union Attack + Cerberus deck works wonderful with lvl 30, if you don't change to 1.5 yet, he doesn't activate call of the earthbound if you make a direct attack (with bow or secret pass).
