when "Tour" is banished and a "doomsday horror" is destroyed, why "Tour" dont activate its effect? Is a game error?

The only reason I can think of is that doomsday says 'return' not 'send'. Still don't know if that should matter though...

Yep that's why. It was already in your grave, so you're not sending it to the grave, just retuning it

If you accidentally merchant your necrofear into the grave, but you also merchanted a tour bus, the tour bus can put necrofear back in your deck as well as count as a removal for necrofear's summon.

^.. that there is the best use for this card: to put necrofear or any other card you don't want in the GY back in the deck if they got accidentally milled.
