Beatdown! This turn, the Atk of all Level 5 or higher face-up monsters on your field increases by the number of monsters of Level 5 or higher on your field times 300. | Seto Kaiba |
After Neos Fusion resolves, you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, so make sure you Special Summon Mithra the Thunder Vassal before you activate this card.
You can banish Neos Fusion from your Graveyard to prevent Elemental HERO Neos Knight or Elemental HERO Brave Neos from being destroyed (by battle or card effect). Neos Fusion cannot be used to prevent your monsters from being shuffled back into the Extra Deck by Legendary Six Samurai - Enishi.
Elemental HERO Brave Neos gains 100 ATK for each “Neo-Spacian” and “HERO” monster in your Graveyard. Because of the way you used to Summon it, you are at least going to have 1 Elemental HERO Neos in your Graveyard, so Brave Neos will be able to get over Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En even without Beatdown.
When Elemental HERO Brave Neos destroys an opponent's monster by battle, it allows you to add 1 Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand that specifically lists the card “Elemental HERO Neos” in its text. Use Elemental HERO Brave Neos’s effect to add Neos Fusion to your hand.
You can also send Elemental HERO Neos and Parry Knight to the Graveyard with Neos Fusion to Special Summon Elemental HERO Neos Knight. Although Neos Knight cannot deal battle damage to your opponent, it does have the ability to attack twice, which can definitely be helpful.
Both Elemental HERO Brave Neos and Elemental HERO Neos Knight represent additionals Level 5 or higher monster for Beatdown.
During your Standby Phase, if Treeborn Frog is in your Graveyard and you do not control any Spell/Trap Card, you can Special Summon it.
Treeborn Frog not only provides recurring Tribute fodder for your Level 5 or higher monsters but it also combos with the Quick-Play Spell Enemy Controller. Turn your Toggle Button to ON and, when Treeborn Frog is Special Summoned by its own effect during your Standby Phase, activate Enemy Controller and Tribute it to take control of an opponent’s monster.
Treeborn Frog will Special Summon itself from the Graveyard once again because it’s still your Standby Phase and you still control no Spell/Trap Cards.
When Mobius the Frost Monarch is Tribute Summoned, it allows you to target and destroy up to 2 Spell/Trap Cards on the field. Mobius will get rid of your opponent’s backrow and/or force them to activate cards like Paleozoic Canadia, Floodgate Trap Hole or Treacherous Trap Hole in response to its effect.
If Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch is Tribute Summoned, it discards a random card from your opponent’s hand and then, if it was a Monster Card, it inflicts damage to your opponent equal to its Level x100. You do not get to choose what card is discarded, but Thestalos’s effect is great nonetheless: you might be able to get rid of a Hand Trap (Sphere Kuriboh, Kuriboh or Skull Meister) your opponent was holding onto or an important piece for their combo.
Jinzo is a pretty straightforward card: it shuts down completely any Trap Card on the field, preventing your opponent from locking your monsters face-down (Floodgate Trap Hole), sending your cards back to the hand (Six Style - Dual Wield) or returning your monsters to the Deck (Drowning Mirror Force).
If you do manage to get Jinzo on the field in the Stall/Control matchup, you might want to avoid Summoning any other monster since your opponent is probably just going to wait for a chance to Summon Lava Golem. Without their expensive back row, there aren’t much Stall/Control decks can do, so, unless you are going to deck out before them, you have no reason to be aggressive.

Beatdown! This turn, the Atk of all Level 5 or higher face-up monsters on your field increases by the number of monsters of Level 5 or higher on your field times 300. | Seto Kaiba |
Beatdown will give all of your Level 5 or higher monsters the ability to get over Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En by themselves. Moreover, thanks to Treeborn Frog, Mithra the Thunder Vassal and Parry Knight, you are often going to have more than one Level 5 or higher monster on the field, so even high ATK monsters such as Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon will not be insurmountable.

Labyrinth Builder Shuffle 2 cards from your hand into the Deck to create "Labyrinth Wall" on your side of the field. This skill can only be used once per Duel. | Paradox Brothers |
This Skill can be activated by shuffling back into the Deck Elemental HERO Neos, Treeborn Frog and/or unneeded copies of Neos Fusion and give you either a 3000 DEF monster to temporarily stall the opponent or a Monster Card to Tribute for one of your Level 5 or higher monsters.

Restart Can be used only once after starting hands are dealt. Reveal and redraw your starting hand. Your first Draw will be skipped if you use this Skill. | Maximillion Pegasus |
This Skill will increase your chances of opening with Neos Fusion or, at the very least, a good opening hand. The deck does not struggle that much in terms of consistency, but a good early lead can be crucial in certain matchups.
Neos Fusion can quickly become a dead card; I opted for two copies of Elemental HERO Neos in the Example Deck to sort of mitigate this issue, but this will also increase your chances of drawing the Level 7 Warrior-Type monster.
Parry Knight is mostly useless against Geartown Turbo since both Ancient Gear Reactor Dragon and Ancient Gear Wyvern will prevent you from activating its effect on attack declaration. Additionally, if your opponent decided not to attack you first with the monster with the highest ATK, maybe keeping it for the finishing blow, you will not be able to use Parry Knight’s effect to Special Summon any of your Level 5 or higher monsters.
