Current Wind-Up monsters lack support therefore this card is best used with Psychic-type monsters and support.

Synergy

Time Escaper

You can discard Time Escaper to banish Wind-Up Juggler, so that when it returns to the Field, you can use its effects again.

Psychic Soul

You can use Psychokinesis to destroy any card your opponent controls, while Wind-Up Juggler is on the Field. You can use Psychic Soul to tribute Wind-Up Juggler and regain Life Points equal to its Level x 300

You can just destroy it by itself with other field monster destroyers. Sakuretsu Armor if it attacks, Offerings to the doomed, Super Rush Headlong,

Wind-Up in DL only has Bat, Knight, and Juggler.

Just 3 monsters, and not even a single spell/trap.

Not enough to become meta.

At least for now.

Once Wind-Up gets more support and gets more of their good cards, then they'll be Tier 2 at least.

But they'll never become Tier 1 until we get Zexal world and the Wind-Up Xyz monsters arrive.
