Protects your Psychic-type monster from being destroyed/manipulated by your opponent.

Cons

Weak ATK and DEF stats, it is not meant to be placed on the field.
Only able to protect Psychic-type monsters.

Reinforced Human Psychic Borg

Psychic Emperor

These Psychic-type monsters can benefit from other Psychic-type monsters that are in the graveyard. Since Time Escaper needs to be discarded in order to use its effect, Reinforced Human Psychic Borg is able to banish Time Escaper to increase its own Attack. Psychic Emperor is able to increase your Life Points by 500 for each Psychic-type monster in the graveyard, when it is Normal/Special summoned.

If you have used Reinforced Human Psychic Borg to banish Time Escaper from the graveyard, you can use Genetic Woman’s effect to bring back Time Escaper from the banished zone, back to your hand, with the cost of 1000 Life Points. This Life Point cost can in turn be mitigated by using Brain Research Lab field spell.

Tips

This card is a good protection utility for Psychic-type decks, as it is a quick-effect monster and it is activated from your hand, during either player’s turn, thus making it very versatile and easy to use.
You can use this card to protect your monster from: being the attack target of your opponent’s monster, being destroyed by your opponent’s monster effects, being destroyed by your opponent’s Spell/Traps, and can even avoid your opponents’ attempt to banish your monster. This card also protects your monster from effects such as Cyber Angel Dakini’s sending monster to the graveyard, and Black Ninja Dragon’s effect of banishing your monster.

People are really overlooking how good this card is for Psychic decks, you can dodge card effects on either turn with it. It's like a Inter dimensional Matter Kuriboh in your hand. wake up boiz!

Nada. Its more on the exact lines of Psychic monsters, especially the early ones, are actual trash & it took forever for the good ones to show up. Which isn't dropping likely any time soon, not until 5Ds & Synchros were best.

The psychics right now aren't trash though; I get plenty of wins in rank with my psychic deck. That said, the deck I use is the only viable one version besides cyber stein OTK and it will be nice when I can run other psychic decks when synchro comes out.
As for this card, I like its effect and I can see it being used to save the weaker psychics. It also goes to the graveyard which powers up borg.

It's more a 0 than a -1, it's designed to dodge removal effects. (So you're trading Time Escaper for the removal card they blew.)

Btw, you can also use the trap that lets you specal summon a banished pychic monster(Brain Hazard maybe the name) with this: after you attacked with a monster use Escaper to banish that monster, then special summon that with the trap, and attack again. Also if your monster is changed to def with E-con you can do the same to try to attack again
