Tips

Banished Psychic

Psychic monsters still have some synergy with each other by banishing and returning them back to your field/hand/graveyard. You can return the banished monster to increase Borg's attack again using Bright Future, or special summon them to your field with Brain Hazard.

The "Con" is wrong, the base ATK is 1500.

.....though it's not like 1500 is great either, it's still a "Con", it's just that the article mentioned the wrong number.

There's a bug if you use half shut or any other temporary attack lowering effect on this card where its attack doesn't update correctly and it goes back to 1500 regardless of how many monsters you banished.

It's not a bug. That's how it works. Same thing with Golden Apples token, once you change its atk/def, it will return to its original atk/def which is 0..

Konami wants people to play psychic, yet they placed the core pieces which is this card and brain research lab an UR in a separate 200 packs mediocre versatility boxes smh. This should be a SR along with brohunder, that card didn't deserve an UR.

I'm not going to really complain about that, I managed to get the second Brain research lab in 18 boosters :)

Psychic Deck Lock:
Use Borg & Storm Caller to lock opponent's deck. Use the second copy of Storm Caller and tribute summon the Storm Caller on the field equipped with deep seated sword to lock your own deck. Then banish The Storm Caller using Borg. Use Genetic Woman + Brain Research Lab effect to return the banished Storm Caller to hand.
A highly complicated deck XD
But I managed to get 9999 dmg with this... haha...
