Fusion Summon Lunalight Sabre Dancer and use it high ATK to stall. Wisel's highest ATK monster has 2500 ATK, which is below the 3600 ATK Lunalight Sabre Dancer usually has.
Keep attacking Wisel's monsters especially the Meklord Emperor and Wisel Top because they can negate Spells.
Emerald Bird is the best at searching your Fusion Spell. Discard Yellow Marten with this effect to get another search.
Thin your deck with Lunalight Reincarnation Dance.
You should have 2 Fusion monsters out before your final turn.
On your final turn summon Gravekeeper's Vassal and use 2 Union Attacks and Shooting Star Bow - Ceal on him.

Notes

Use the Skill Reinforcement as a way to search Vampire Hunter.
All of Wisel's monsters are DARK making Vampire Hunter effectively unbeatable in battle.
Equip Vampire Hunter with Power of the Guardians and keep attacking the opponent's monsters to gain ATK. You can equip one Vampire Hunter with 2 Power of the Guardians for quicker ATK gain.
Keep at least one Spell/Trap space open before your final turn.
Thin your deck with draw effects.
On your final turn, summon Gravekeeper's Vassal and use 2 Union Attacks and Secret Pass to the Treasure on him.
Remember to activate Anti-Magic Arrows at the start of your last Battle Phase.
