It's important to remember not to set 3 spells/traps to not clog your field. And do not set your Arrivalrivals on the last turn, since you need to activate it from your hand.

Sustain the duel by activating Temple of the Mind's Eye, Solemn Wishes, and Des Counterblow as soon as you get them.
Use Planet Pathfinder's effect to thin your deck by getting Temple of the Mind's Eye from your deck.
Keep activating your skill whenever you can. The Ojamas can't be used for tribute summon, and it's to prevent Kaiba from summoning more monsters.
Once you have over 10,000 LP and have the necessary cards (Arrivalrivals, Ra, Stop Defense, Storm, Cosmic Compass), then you can already end the duel without having to wait until 0 cards left.
Use Storm to clear Kaiba's spells. Then Stop Defense on an Ojama token. Normal summon Cosmic Compass to special summon 2 tokens on the field. Enter battle phase and activate Arrivalrivals from your hand to tribute summon Ra. Activate Ra's effect and attack into your Ojama token.

Hi guys, what are some high defense cards in the game?? I don't have golden apples yet or labyrinth, don't have union attack either, so I farm by getting 2x blue eyes on the field, and then tribute them both for Maju Garzett (with 6000 attack) and attack directly.

What are some other ways to get high defense cards without golden apples? I thought cloning might work but if I clone Kiaba's blue eyes, it will have to be in Attack position so he won't destroy it, meaning he can banish it with that annoying D.D. Warrior.

Any tips?

My advise is that you wait for paradox brothers event and get 3 D gates from farming them. As for now, farm LDs until you get labyrinth builder skill.

Labyrinth wall is your best bet. 3000def, one tribute, unless you have the labyrinth builder skill. Next up, we have gardna, but he has a nasty effect, then we have cocoon of evolution or a power of dark cross ghost. Pair those two up with a wonder balloon and reflector and you can stall something. Another why around, but less trustable. Use ishizu with her prescience skill and conscription.

However you only have five turns. But if yiu get lucky a Blue Eyes will show up. Steal it, protect it and you are halfway.

I'm using Labyrinth Builder skill too with straight flush as backrow removal. Kaiba tends to pop up Dimension Gate with Twister whenever I use it. I'm also using Magical Hats (only got one so far) for extra protection against DD warrior and Enemy Controller changing your monster's position making it susceptible for attack.

maybe its a tips for who dont have union attack and only 1 gate. Try use this deck.. you can stall turn with the stun monster, or use magic mallet, or seer until you got the gate.. use skill only if gate at hand. And the other key is use your math so the LP only 100.. example lp4000 use lthogrph and attack BE with seer. Finishing move use your jar when your card at "2" and use at enemy turn, So your card will empty.
With this move you dont need lythgrp for its 7card.
Then use storm then fenghuang for kaiba last set card.. and 8100point

Use your math so your life point became 100.

This deck is very consistent.
Activate Anti-Magic Arrow on your last turn to make you immune against Kaiba's face-down econ. Then use Storm to destroy Dimension Gate, resummon Labyrinth Wall in attack position, then activates Shield & Sword. Special summon Darkflare Dragon by Banishing Thunder Dragon and Dark Mimic from your graveyard, then summon Vassal and equip it with Secret Pass and Union Attack
