Notes

  • Stall with Pettlephin. Primo doesn't have anything to attack over a defense position Pettlephin, and his removal options all target which is useless against Pettlephin's inherent protection.
  • Get Pettlphin on board by letting Primo destroy Winda.
  • Dark Mimic LV3 and Shard of Greed are used for draw power.
  • Since you won't always open with Winda, Wall of Disruption is a good choice for stalling especially because Primo doesn't have many ways of clearing spaces in his own field.
  • You should have two Pettlephins on board before your final turn, and have two negation Traps set.
  • The negation Traps are needed because Primo has a couple of Spell negation for your last turn Spells.
  • Put the Pettlephins in attack position and activate Shield and Sword.
  • Normal Summon Gravekeeper's Vassal and use two Union Attacks and Heated Heart on him.

Notes

  • Vampire Hunter's effect lets it deal with all of Primo's monsters.
  • Fetch Vampire Hunter with your Skill.
  • Equip Vampire Hunter with Power of the Guardians and keep attacking into Primo's monsters to gain ATK.
  • Majority of the other cards here are for draw power. Counter Gate is especially good because it doubles as a stall card.
  • On your final turn Summon Vassal then use two Union Attacks and Secret Pass to the Treasure on it.
  • Keep in mind that activate Anti-Magic Arrows at the start of battle phase to prevent Labyrinth of Kline negates your attack.

  • Your stall setup will consist of a Cloudian monster plus The Sanctuary in the Sky / Spirit Barrier.
  • Search The Sanctuary in the Sky with Zeradias' effect.
  • Heal every turn with Golden Ladybug.
  • At this point Primo won't be able to do anything so just keep passing turns.
  • Before your final turn you should have three Cloudian monsters on board.
  • Summon The Winged Dragon of Ra and give it your accumulated LP. Equip it with Shooting Star Bow to attack directly.

You need p2w UR cards to beat roaming Primo, or else you just won't get at 100% winrate consistency!

If Wisel and Convert Ghost is both on the field, the most you can do is negate them.

That means... yessSSS! You need a trifecta of Dark Bribe, 7 Tools and Divine Wrath, or else Wisel will just chain on your Fiendish Chain and other subpar non-counter traps!

So you have 3 Floodgates? NOPEEEEEE!!!

We'll now tweak the AI such that it doesn't attack on first few turns and Primo will just set cards! In the moment you actually used the Floodgates then BAAAMMMM! Spark Breaker and Twin Vortex will render your efforts null!

Trunade for last turn? HAHAHAHA

Primo chains Divergence, then ruins your last turn beater monster if you're not using Worm Bait combo!

KOMONEY KNOWS NO LIMITS!

Now excuse me, I'll just dig the Divine Wrath Box again and get 99% trash cards in the process! loLoLOOOlllLOLL!

You can get all his card rewards without farming duel assessment points, just beat him with your usual competitive deck instead.
Even if you bother to farm, it is possible to do with F2P Cloudian

I don't know if it was luck, so far I got 100% win with Cloudian. It was a different build tho. I use Catapult Turtle + Nimbusman + Squall to deal effect damage. No massive LP needed, no battle phase needed.

Useless event with useless rewards. They should avoid introducing such events. Why don’t they drop Box URs instead of these crap cards? Or drop 1k gems?

just farm it until u get 1k gems, or some prismatic cards, he has a good drop rate.

For the vampire hunter deck, you must use an anti magic arrow, instead of 1 counter gate, for the last turn. If not Labyrinth of kline could stop your attack

When he appeared in June 2020, there were no Xyzs, no Predatorplants and he used speed spell skills. Now even though he has a duel meter, they made him unable to use it, while the player still can. Much easier now.

Ra Ladybug deck went brrrrrr as usual! Primo can't cUck your monsters if you don't even put any monsters in the first place except last turn! Floodgate is useful as ever to prevent one of his monster's quick effect, then include one copy of Tools of Bandit for Convert Ghost. Divine Wrath if you're rich, or if you can't draw Floodgates early.

Yeah, it's so easy it's almost boring, I don't even have to take advantage of this being turbo duels or any of the turbo skills.
