Notes

The goal of this deck is to special summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon by using Kaibaman's effect, it pretty much secures you the duel since Elegant Mai can't do anything about it once it's on the field.
Set Blue Dragon Summoner, Crystal Seer and your other draw cards in order to thin out your deck and to quickly get Blue-Eyes White Dragon or Kaibaman.
Destiny Draw also helps you get the card that you needed.
On your final turn make sure that you have 2 Blue-Eyes White Dragon on your field, summon Gravekeeper's Vassal then use Secret Pass to the Treasures and Union Attack on it so it can attack Elegant Mai directly and achieve over 9999 damage.
On Piranha version you should fuse 3 Blue-Eyes White Dragon by using Polymerization to special summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. Summon Piranha Army then use Secret Pass to the Treasures on it so it can attack Elegant Mai Directly. Use Gift of the Martyr, send Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to the graveyard then increase the attack of Piranha Army so it can achieve over 9999 damage.

Use this for mai 30, lifeforce harmonizer and shining silver force for counter destruction ring. Keep destroying her monsters till u get that card. I think this deck quite save and fast. Sry for bad grammar

Not really, especially if you know how to play the AI. Let her fill up with monsters while buffing your Cereb (and hopefully G-Axe active) and use a card like Earthquake. All her face ups are now in Defense mode & even if she summons Joe, it wouldn't stop Cerberus & still no room for Spirit Garuda. (Windstorm Etaqua is a safe card btw)

Lv 30 seems a bit too easy. A Red-Eyes can own her best monster, no defensive spells or traps & the ones she does have destroy her own monsters, and ...yea, just about anything can wall her. Even beating her with some random BE farming deck I threw together for Odion (that requires no skill).

Lv40 on the other hand is just like Super Joey where, unless you going all out, you ain't gonna last AT ALL.
Fun. Don't think I've gotten a SR yet from either yet tho... If they gonna force best play from us, at least boost drop rates for lv40 while leaving lv30 untouched. :/
