Twister is quickplay, functioning like a "minus attack trap", therefore essential in any deck. But 21 cards is a stupid idea. N00B.

Ignore these jerk talks, but some of them were true. If you have WindStorm or Curse of Anubis, you should have replaced Kuriboh for it.
Also, 21 cards isn't that bad in your case. Frankly 20-22 is normal, despite popularity for 20 cards deck. In fact, 30 cards deck is possible if the condition is met. Very rare. You should have get 2nd polymerization than gate fusion.

My dino deck pitys this

Heres my Relinquished deck, holds very well vs most decks, twisters to cycle attached monster and absorb new ones or to take out annoying lockdown cards. So far is going great, but idk what else to add or replace with, any advice is appreciated, i was running 3x sonic birds and 3x Sanju's but it felt a big cloggy.

Harpie's Tribute Deck

Concept:
Summon Harpies to destroy traps+spells
Relinquished control
Tribute and destory enemy's field monsters using
1.Soul exchange
2.Order to charge
Winged beast total boost with Harpie 1
Grasschopper+Airknight anti mask control
Axe anti clown control


Pros:
Pretty much overpowers any deck
4 tribute summons to take control over ur opponent monsters
Can pretty much survive few rounds even with the worst possible starting hand.

Vs
1.Insects control(90% win)
2.Clown control (80% win, with axe+kuriboh pretty much gg)
3.Harpies And relinquished(70% win, with soul exhange and kuriboh)
4.Dragon (90% win)
5.Water ( 90% win, keep a kuriboh on hand at all time)
6.Dice (90% win)
7.Dino (90% win, he has order to charge. )
8.Mind scan (90% win)
9.Odion Clown control (60% win, depends on whos LP goes to 0 first)
10.Gravekeepers (50% win, needs to activate pretty much all ur cards to take down a Gravekeepers deck)

Cons:
Weak against Gravekeepers Deck.
Semi-High cost

Do not subsitute Harpie's sisters( u ill noticed she is in ur starting hand almost everytime!)
May subsitute in another relinquished (risky sometimes)
May add one more enemy controler and kurioh to gain higher winning rate)

After using this deck for awhile, I can confirm that this deck is not very good and the winrates posted are 🔥. There are WAY too many dead draws. While the deck can work, it's so inconsistent that imo it's not even worth using. It's trying to do too much

Made it to top 5k with this. Really fun to play, but sometimes it's just getting lucky with twin barrel. Kinda turtles and runs others out of resources. And yes I did buy. But mostly gems

This is a nice deck, but instead of using aroma strategy for Panda i would use Bandit Keith's cheaters coin. Making it so IF you have 1000+ more lifepoints and at least 5 cards in your hand every coin flip lands on heads. Or add the Second Coin Toss spell card in replace of a different card. Not sure which because you have a nice spell/trap set up.

Posted this in wrong page first time. I created this deck. Yes it's expensive, but if you can afford it's quite effective. Goal is to constantly have your opponents monsters with crap attack. Drags alittle but is effective 80% of my duels. Mind scan isn't needed, just helps figure what cards to start with.
